Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis model pembelajaran Teaching Factory dan Project Based Learning (PjBL) berkontribusi terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa. Teaching Factory merupakan model pembelajaran berbasis kompetensi dan produksi yang bertujuan untuk mengatasi kesenjangan antara teori dan praktik serta mempersiapkan siswa SMK menghadapi tantangan di dunia kerja, sedangkan Project Based Learning (PjBL) adalah model pembelajaran yang berpusat pada siswa dan memberikan pengalaman langsung yang mengasah kemampuan problem solving, kreativitas, dan berpikir kritis. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI DPIB SMKN 9 Garut dengan sampel yang digunakan yaitu sampel jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Teaching Factory berkontribusi positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja. Sementara itu, PjBL juga berkontribusi positif dan signifikan. Hasil analisis juga menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan tingkat kesiapan kerja siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran Teaching Factory dan PjBL, di mana siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran Teaching Factory memiliki tingkat kesiapan kerja lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PjBL). This research is motivated by the high unemployment rate among vocational school graduates in Indonesia, which is partly due to their low level of work readiness. The purpose of this study is to analyze how the Teaching Factory and Project-Based Learning (PjBL) models contribute to students' work readiness. Teaching Factory is a competency- and production-based learning model designed to bridge the gap between theory and practice, preparing vocational students to face challenges in the world of work. Meanwhile, Project-Based Learning (PjBL) is a student-centered model that provides hands-on experience, enhancing problem-solving skills, creativity, and critical thinking. This research employs a quantitative correlational method. The population consists of class XI DPIB students at SMKN 9 Garut, with the entire population used as a saturated sample. The results indicate that both Teaching Factory and PjBL have a positive and significant contribution to students’ work readiness.
