Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Flow State Scale-2 (FSS-2). Survei terhadap 376 peserta didik menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas (42%) berada dalam kondisi control, yakni suatu keadaan saat keterampilan akademik yang tinggi tidak diimbangi dengan tantangan belajar yang memadai. Kondisi ini menyebabkan pengalaman flow yang optimal jarang terjadi. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, disusun sebuah rancangan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan sembilan topik layanan yang menargetkan setiap aspek flow untuk membantu peserta didik beralih dari kondisi pasif menuju pengalaman belajar yang optimal. This study investigates the academic flow of students at SMAN 8 Bandung as a basis for designing a group guidance service plan. The instrument utilized was the Flow State Scale-2 (FSS-2). A survey administered to 376 students revealed that the majority (42%) are in a state of 'control,' a condition characterized by a disparity between their high academic skills and a lack of sufficient learning challenges. Consequently, an optimal flow experience is infrequently achieved.
