Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus dengan subjek anak usia 5 tahun dengan cerebral palsy quadriplegia dan ibunya sebagai pengasuh tunggal. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, asesmen motorik, dan dokumentasi. Program IDBK disusun berdasarkan prinsip Teori Ekologi Mikrosistem dan Zone of Proximal Development, lalu divalidasi oleh ahli dan diterapkan selama enam sesi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan pada kemampuan motorik anak yaitu derajat kontrol leher dan pengurangan spastia, serta peningkatan kemampuan ibu dalam melakukan stimulasi secara mandiri. Program dapat dilaksanakan oleh keluarga dengan mengisi daily report berdasarkan stimulus yang diberikan meskipun dalam kondisi keluarga dengan berbagai keterbatasan termasuk ekonomi dan psikologis. Program berbasis harian ini mendapatkan hasil pada segi penerimaan terhadap kondisi anak, pemahaman dan kemampuan orang tua terkait intervensi dini, dan peningkatan kemampuan motorik anak. Kata kunci: intervensi dini, cerebral palsy, perkembangan motorik, pemberdayaan keluarga, daily report ABSTRACT This study aims to design a Family-Based Early Intervention (FBEI) Program using the Daily Report of Motor Exercise method and describe its implementation in supporting children's motor development. The study used a qualitative case study approach, involving a 5-year-old child with quadriplegic cerebral palsy and his mother as the sole caregiver. Data collection was conducted through interviews, observations, motor assessments, and documentation. The IDBK program was developed based on the principles of Microsystem Ecology Theory and the Zone of Proximal Development, validated by experts and implemented over six sessions. The result showed indicate improvements in children’s motor abilities, specifically in neck control and reduction of spasticity, as well as an enhancement in mother’s ability to provide independent stimulation. The program can be implemented by families through completing a daily report based on the provided stimuli, even within families facing various constraints, including economic and psychological limitations. This daily-based program yielded outcomes in terms of parental acceptance of the child’s condition, parents’ understanding and competence regarding early intervention, and improvements in children’s motor abilities.
