Model evaluasi yang digunakan adalah model Kirkpatrick empat level melalui melalui pendekatan campuran (mixed methods), dengan menggabungkan data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Level reaksi diambil dengan kuesioner peserta pelatihan, level pembelajaran dengan test, level perubahan perilaku dengan self assessment, peer assessment, dan wawancara, terakhir level dampak dengan wawancara mendalam kepada kepala sekolah. Hasil evaluasi reaksi (level 1) menunjukkan bahwa 84% peserta merasa sangat puas dengan pelatihan online yang telah dilaksanakan. Hasil evaluasi pembelajaran (level 2) test menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dengan rata-rata N-Gain sebesar 0,48 atau 48%, tergolong kategori sedang. Hasil evaluasi perubahan perilaku (level 3) peserta pelatihan melalui penilaian self dan peer assessment menunjukkan bahwa terjadi perubahan perilaku yang sangat baik dengan presentase 86%. Data kualitatif memperkuat temuan ini, guru menyatakan bahwa pelatihan memberikan dampak positif terhadap perubahan perilaku yang berkaitan dengan aspek kemampuan pedagogik. Hasil evaluasi dampak (level 4) menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan telah memberikan dampak positif pada peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik guru dan hasil belajar siswa, namun belum berdampak secara optimal pencapaian aspek kualitas pembelajaran pada rapor pendidikan. Pelatihan online dinilai masih memiliki kendala dalam hal efektivitas penyampaian, sehingga sebagian peserta merekomendasikan diselenggarakannya pelatihan offline untuk meningkatkan pemahaman peserta serta untuk mendapatkan pengalaman pelatihan yang lebih nyata. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pelatihan online berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik guru, namun untuk pelaksanaan pelatihan selanjutnya perlu mempertimbangkan penyesuaian metode, materi, dan moda pelatihan. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of the online training program organized by the Al-Arabi Islamic Education Foundation (YPI) in improving teachers' pedagogical competence. The evaluation model used was the four-level Kirkpatrick model through a mixed methods approach, combining quantitative and qualitative data. Qualitative data supports these findings, teachers stated that the training had a positive impact on behavioral changes related to aspects of pedagogical skills. The impact evaluation results (level 4) indicated that the training had a positive impact on improving teachers' pedagogical competence and student learning outcomes, but had not yet optimally impacted the achievement of learning quality aspects in the education report. Online training was considered to still have obstacles in terms of delivery effectiveness, so some participants recommended holding offline training to improve participant understanding and to gain a more realistic training experience.
