TY - THES N2 - Kemampuan kerja sama merupakan keterampilan sosial yang esensial bagi perkembangan akademik dan sosial siswa sekolah dasar. Namun, dalam praktiknya masih ditemukan kendala dalam mengembangkan kemampuan kerja sama, terutama pada konteks pendidikan berbasis budaya lokal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang model serta menguji efektivitas model bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik permainan berbasis kearifan lokal TiDaYu (Tionghoa, Dayak, Melayu) dalam meningkatkan kemampuan kerja sama siswa sekolah dasar. Model ini dirancang dengan mengintegrasikan permainan tradisional Lampion (Tionghoa), Sumpit (Dayak), dan Lompat Jengkal (Melayu) ke dalam layanan bimbingan kelompok. Pelaksanaan layanan mengacu pada tahapan Corey (2016), yaitu tahap pembentukan (forming), tahap peralihan (transition), tahap kegiatan (working) yang dipadukan dengan pendekatan Experiential Learning Cycle (Kolb, 1984) meliputi pengalaman konkret, observasi reflektif, konseptualisasi abstrak, dan eksperimen aktif, serta tahap penutupan (closing). Penelitian menggunakan metode mixed methods dengan desain embedded design untuk mengombinasikan data kuantitatif melalui quasi eksperimen (two-group pretest?posttest) dan data kualitatif dengan pendekatan naratif teknik restorying. Teknik analisis data kuantitatif menggunakan uji-t, Mann-Whitney dan perhitungan effect size untuk mengukur efektivitas model, sedangkan data kualitatif dianalisis dengan teknik analisis tematik berbasis naratif restorying untuk menggali pengalaman siswa dan guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model yang dikembangkan telah memenuhi aspek validitas berdasarkan uji pakar, keterbacaan, dan implementasi lapangan. Hasil uji efektivitas membuktikan bahwa model bimbingan kelompok teknik permainan berbasis kearifan lokal TiDaYu efektif dalam mengembangkan kemampuan kerja sama siswa sekolah dasar. Cooperation skills are essential social competencies for the academic and social development of elementary school students. However, in practice, various challenges still arise in fostering cooperation, particularly in the context of local culture?based education. This study aims to design a model and examine the success/effectiveness of a group guidance model using game techniques based on local wisdom of TiDaYu (Chinese, Dayak, and Malay) to improve students? cooperation skills in elementary schools. The model integrates traditional games, namely Lampion (Chinese), Sumpit (Dayak), and Lompat Jengkal (Malay), into group guidance services. The implementation refers to Corey?s (2016) stages of group guidance: forming, transition, working?integrated with Kolb?s (1984) Experiential Learning Cycle (concrete experience, reflective observation, abstract conceptualization, and active experimentation)?and closing. This research employed a mixed-methods approach with an embedded design, combining quantitative data obtained through a quasi-experimental design (two-group pretest?posttest) and qualitative data using a narrative approach with restorying technique. Quantitative data were analyzed using t-tests and effect size to measure the model?s effectiveness, while qualitative data were analyzed thematically through narrative restorying to explore students? and teachers? experiences. The findings show that the developed model met the validity aspects based on expert judgment, readability testing, and field implementation. Furthermore, the effectiveness test results indicate that the group guidance model using traditional game techniques based on TiDaYu local wisdom is effective in enhancing elementary students? cooperation skills.
