Namun, hal tersebut sering menimbulkan hambatan dalam berkomunikasi, terlebih jika organisasi tersebut berbasis relawan dengan karakteristik yang beragam. Oleh karena itu, organisasi memerukan strategi komunikasi internal yang efektif dan mengevaluasinya guna mengetahui dampak strategi yang telah diterapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hambatan, menganalisis strategi komunikasi internal, serta mengevaluasi implementasi strategi komunikasi internal tersebut. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode studi kasu melalui pngumpulan data dengan teknik wawancara dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hambatan komunikasi internal berupa perbedaan prioritas dan kesibukan, perbedaan geografis dan zona waktu, partisipasi dan sikap anggota, hambatan media dan teknis, hambatan personal, serta hambatan semantik dan bahasa. Strategi komunikasi yang diterapkan meliputi pembagian tugas, pertemuan rutin, perekrutan sumber daya manusia, pengawasan melalui struktur organisasi, pendekatan informal, serta pemanfaatan media komunikasi digital. Evaluasi menunjukkan strategi komunikasi internal berjalan efektif, dengan alur komunikasi terbuka, kemudahan aksesibilitas informasi, kesesuaian penyampaian pesan, gaya komunikasi pimpinan yang ideal, serta umpan balik dalam berkomunikasi. ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the development of technology that has encouraged the emergence of virtual organizations operating without geographical boundaries and connected through digital communication media. However, this condition often creates communication barriers, especially in volunteer-based organizations with diverse member characteristics. Therefore, organizations require effective internal communication strategies and continuous evaluation to assess the impact of the strategies implemented. This study aims to identify barriers, analyze internal communication strategies, and evaluate the implementation of those strategies. The research employs a qualitative approach with a case study method, using interviews and document studies as data collection techniques. The findings reveal several internal communication barriers, including differences in priorities and workload, geographical and time zone disparities, member participation and attitudes, media and technical obstacles, personal barriers, as well as semantic and language challenges. The communication strategies applied include task distribution, regular meetings, recruitment of human resources, supervision through organizational structure, informal approaches, and the use of digital communication media. The evaluation indicates that internal communication strategies are effective, characterized by open communication flows, easy access to information, appropriate message delivery, an ideal leadership communication style, and the presence of feedback in communication.
