Latar belakang penelitian ini berangkat dari kebutuhan dunia kerja pada era Revolusi Industri 5.0 yang menuntut lulusan SMK memiliki keterampilan kerja non-teknis, seperti kerja sama, komunikasi, manajemen waktu, pemecahan masalah, tanggung jawab, kemampuan menggunakan teknologi, dan adaptasi. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain asosiatif. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI DPIB, dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner berbasis skala Likert, kemudian dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif dan regresi linear sederhana untuk menguji kontribusi PJBL terhadap employability skills siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan PjBL berada pada kategori sangat baik dengan rata-rata skor kecenderungan 83%, sedangkan tingkat employability skills siswa juga berada pada kategori sangat baik dengan skor 81%. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 57,7% menunjukkan bahwa PjBL berkontribusi positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan employability skills siswa, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi faktor lain di luar penelitian ini. Nilai signifikansi uji F dan uji t sebesar 0,000 (<0,05) memperkuat kesimpulan bahwa hubungan tersebut signifikan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa implementasi PjBL dalam pembelajaran vokasi efektif dalam membentuk keterampilan kerja yang relevan dengan kebutuhan industri. This study aims to determine the contribution of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model to the employability skills of Grade XI students in the Building Information and Modeling Design (DPIB) Program at SMKN 6 Bandung. The study is motivated by the demands of Industry 5.0, which require vocational school graduates to possess non-technical work skills such as teamwork, communication, time management, problem-solving, responsibility, technological literacy, and adaptability. This research employed a quantitative approach with an associative design. The population consisted of all Grade XI DPIB students, with samples taken using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics and simple linear regression. The results show that the implementation of PjBL is categorized as very good with an average score of 81%, while students’ employability skills are also in the very good category with a score of 81%. The coefficient of determination of 57.7% indicates that PjBL makes a positive and significant contribution to improving students’ employability skills, while the remaining percentage is influenced by factors outside this study. The significance values of the F-test and t-test (0.000 < 0.05) confirm the strength of this contribution. These findings affirm that implementing PjBL in vocational education is effective in developing work-related skills aligned with industry needs.
