Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Etnokoreologi sebagai dasar, dipadukan dengan teori ide penciptaan, bentuk dan struktur penyajian, koreografi, foklor, perempuan Sunda, serta rias dan busana. Metode yang digunakan analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif diterapkan untuk memperoleh pemahaman terhadap struktur koreografi. Tari Mayang Inten tetap mempertahankan gerak pokok dan esensi dari karya Tari Mayang Katon. Perubahan ini mencerminkan sifat seni yang dinamis. Terinspirasi dari tokoh Dayang Sumbi dalam cerita Sangkuriang, sebagai representasi atau simbol perempuan Sunda yang halus, lembut, dan lungguh timpuh andalemi sifat yang mencerminkan ketenangan dan prinsip kuat. Tari Mayang inten disajikan dalam tari pertunjukan murni dengan bentuk tari kelompok perempuan. Struktur koreografi mencakup 13 gerak pokok dalam tiga kategori; 1 gerak murni (pure movement), 9 gerak berpindah tempat (locomotor), 3 gerak maknawi (gesture). Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang mencerminkan perempuan Sunda lungguh dapat dilihat dari tiga ragam gerak pokok diantaranya; gerak calik emok sembahan awal dan akhir, nyawang ngayun pigulang, dan keupat jalak pengkor. Rias yang digunakan mengusung konsep rias karakter putri lungguh. Sementara busananya terdiri dari busana tradisional Sunda, yaitu samping lereng alit dan kain putih, dengan aksesoris sederhana, serta properti utama adalah sampur.\r\n\r\nThe Mayang Inten Dance is a description of women's dance movements selected by performance art from the Setialuyu Dance Sports Center Bandung, which was created as a form of innovation based on traditional dance. The purpose of this research is to describe the idea of dance creation, the form and structure of dance presentation, as well as makeup and fashion in the Mayang Inten Dance. This research uses the Ethnochoreogralogical approach as a basis, combined with the theory of creation ideas, forms and structures of presentation, choreography, fochlor, Sundanese women, as well as makeup and clothing. The method used is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach applied to gain an understanding of the choreographic structure. The Mayang Inten Dance still maintains the main movement and essence of the Mayang Katon Dance work. This change reflects the dynamic nature of art. Inspired by the character of Dayang Sumbi in the story of Sangkuriang, as a representation or symbol of Sundanese women who are smooth, soft, and lungguh timpuh andalemi traits that reflect calm and strong principles. The Mayang inten dance is presented in a pure performance dance in the form of a women's group dance. The choreographic structure includes 13 main movements in three categories; 1 pure movement, 9 locomotor movements, 3 meaningful movements. Based on the results of the analysis that reflects the Sundanese women, it can be seen from three main types of movements, including; At the beginning and end of the film, the film is shot in the back of the head, and the four of them are shot in the head. The makeup used carries the concept of makeup for the character of a young princess.
