Fokus penelitian ini membahas fenomenologi segitiga restitusi dalam dislipin siswa, serta faktor penghambat dalam fenomenologi segitiga restitusi dalam pengembangan karakter sosial-emosional siswa. Penelitian ini mengadopsi metode penelitian kualitatif dan metode fenomenologi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik observasi, wawancara dan pencatatan dan sumber data diperoleh dari kepala sekolah dan guru Kelas IV SD Laboratorium UPI Serang. Selain itu, sumber data juga dapat diperoleh melalui observasi penelitian dan literatur yang berkaitan dengan penelitian. Setelah memperoleh data, menganalisis hasil data melalui proses reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengecekan keabsahan data dilakukan melalui uji kredibilitas triangulasi sumber dan teknik, transferabilitas, reliabilitas dan konfirmabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Segitiga restitusi yang diterapkan di SD Laboratorium UPI Serang ditinjau dari pembentukan karakter sosial-emosional siswa terlaksana dengan baik Guru kelas dan kepala sekolah di sekolah tersebut dan Guru membimbing siswa untuk meningkatkan karakter dan memperbaiki kesalahannya tanpa memberikan hukuman, sehingga tercapai kedisiplinan yang positif bagi siswa. Dalam pelaksanaannya terdapat kendala seperti kondisi, kemauan belajar, kurangnya pemahaman siswa akan pentingnya kedisiplinan, waktu yang lama, dan pengaruh orang-orang disekitarnya. This study aims to describe the phenomenology of the Restitution Triangle in the development of students' social-emotional character at SD Laboratorium UPI Serang. The focus of this study discusses the phenomenology of the restitution triangle in student discipline, as well as the inhibiting factors in the phenomenology of the restitution triangle in the development of students' social-emotional character. This study adopts qualitative research methods and case study methods. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interview and recording techniques and data sources are obtained from the principal and teachers of Class IV SD Laboratorium UPI Serang. In addition, data sources can also be obtained through research observations and literature related to the study. After obtaining the data, analyze the data results through the process of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data is carried out through the credibility test of triangulation of sources and techniques, transferability, reliability and confirmability. The results of the study indicate that the Restitution Triangle implemented at SD Laboratorium UPI Serang in terms of the formation of students' social-emotional character was implemented well. The class teacher and principal at the school and the teacher guided students to improve their character and correct their mistakes without giving punishment, so that positive discipline was achieved for students.
