Hasil analisis Weighted Mean Score dan Paired Samples T-Test menunjukkan program sangat efektif. Level 1 (Reaksi) menunjukkan kepuasan peserta sangat tinggi (skor 3,62), terutama pada profesionalisme penyelenggara, meskipun gaya penyampaian fasilitator perlu ditingkatkan. Level 2 (Pembelajaran) menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan yang signifikan secara statistik (p<0,001) dengan efek besar, di mana skor rata-rata naik dari 53,04 menjadi 79,46. Level 3 (Perilaku) menunjukkan penerapan di tempat kerja sangat tinggi (skor 3,44), dengan komitmen anti-korupsi sebagai perubahan paling menonjol. Tantangan utama yang teridentifikasi adalah kesulitan transfer pengetahuan ke rekan kerja. Disimpulkan, pelatihan ini berhasil menciptakan reaksi positif, meningkatkan kompetensi kognitif, dan mendorong perubahan perilaku nyata. This study evaluates the effectiveness of Public Procurement Training at BPSDM West Java using the Kirkpatrick model (Level 1-3) with a quantitative approach. The results of Weighted Mean Score analysis and Paired Samples T-Test show the program is very effective. Level 1 (Reaction) shows very high participant satisfaction (score 3.62), especially on the professionalism of the organizers, although the facilitator's delivery style needs to be improved. Level 2 (Learning) showed a statistically significant (p<0.001) increase in knowledge with a large effect, where the average score rose from 53.04 to 79.46. Level 3 (Behavior) showed very high workplace application (score of 3.44), with anti-corruption commitment as the most prominent change. The main challenge identified was the difficulty in transferring knowledge to colleagues.
