N2  - Pertumbuhan industri pariwisata di Kota Bandung menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam lima tahun terakhir. Hal ini menyebabkan meningkatnya okupansi hotel di Kota Bandung sehingga kebutuhan unit kamar pada tiap kamar hotel pun meningkat. Di pusat Kota Bandung, yaitu lahan ex-Mall Palguna memiliki potensi sebagai area komersial dan akomodasi yang dimana sangat menguntungkan bagi investor dan pebisnis. Kondisi eksisting lahan sebagai tempat parkir bus, menunjukkan bahwa fungsi dan potensi lahan tidak dimanfaatkan dengan baik. Maka dari itu, perancang mengusulkan perancangan hotel bintang empat sebagai solusi atas permasalahan-permasalahan tersebut. Untuk menyesuaikan konteks kawasan sekitar, maka konsep yang digunakan ialah Art Deco dengan ciri khas Kota Bandung akan streamline-nya. Dengan kapasitas 182 kamar, fasilitas publik, dan aksesibilitas tinggi, hotel ini diharapkan menjadi salah satu ikon akomodasi kota Bandung yang mampu menjawab tantangan kebutuhan akomodasi di masa depan. 

The growth of the tourism industry in Bandung has shown a significant increase over the past five years. This has led to a rise in hotel occupancy in the city, consequently increasing the demand for hotel rooms. In the heart of Bandung, the site of the former Palaguna Mall holds great potential as a commercial and accommodation area, making it highly attractive for investors and entrepreneurs. The site?s current use as a bus parking lot indicates that its function and potential are not being utilized effectively. Therefore, the designer proposes the development of a four-star hotel as a solution to these issues. To harmonize with the surrounding context, the chosen concept is Art Deco, characterized by Bandung?s distinctive streamline style. With a capacity of 182 rooms, public facilities, and high accessibility, this hotel is expected to become one of Bandung?s accommodation landmarks that can address future hospitality demands.
