Employee performance merupakan salah satu elemen terpenting untuk keberlangsungan perusahaan. Terdapat banyak faktor yang dapat memengaruhi employee performance, dalam penelitian ini akan difokuskan pada faktor self-efficacy sebagai variabel bebas dan employee engagement Penelitian ini berfokus untuk mengkaji tingkat employee performance pada karyawan PT Ayobandung.com. Employee performance merupakan salah satu elemen penting dalam menjamin keberlangsungan dan daya saing perusahaan, khususnya di industri media digital yang dinamis. Terdapat berbagai faktor yang dapat memengaruhi employee performance, namun penelitian ini secara khusus difokuskan pada self-efficacy sebagai variabel bebas dan employee engagement sebagai variabel mediasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh self- efficacy terhadap employee performance melalui employee engagement sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 88 orang ditentukan menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling dari jumlah populasi yang sama. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif serta analisis data dilakukan dengan uji asumsi klasik, analisis korelasi, dan analisis jalur (path analysis). Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan menggunakan uji-t untuk melihat pengaruh antar variabel secara parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa self-efficacy berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap employee engagement, employee engagement berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap employee performance, dan self-efficacy juga berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap employee performance. Selain itu, employee engagement terbukti memediasi pengaruh self-efficacy terhadap employee performance. This study focuses on examining the level of employee performance among PT Ayobandung.com employees. Employee performance is a crucial element in ensuring the sustainability and competitiveness of a company, particularly in the dynamic digital media industry. There are various factors can influence employee performance, this study specifically focuses on self-efficacy as the independent variable and employee engagement as the mediating variable. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of self-efficacy on employee performance through employee engagement as the mediating variable. This study uses a quantitative method with a sample of 88 people determined using non-probability sampling techniques from the same population. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires. The analytical technique used was descriptive analysis, and data analysis was carried out using classical assumption tests, correlation analysis, and path analysis. Hypothesis testing was conducted using a t-test to see the influence between variables partially. The results show that self-efficacy has a significant positive effect on employee engagement, employee engagement has a significant positive effect on employee performance, and self-efficacy also has a significant positive effect on employee performance.
