Latar belakang penelitian didasarkan pada rendahnya motivasi, konsentrasi, dan hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Olahan Hasil Hewani, khususnya materi pengolahan hasil perikanan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) model Kemmis \& McTaggart yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah 30 peserta didik kelas XI APHP 3 yang dipilih menggunakan purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran, tes hasil belajar (pre-test dan post-test), serta angket minat belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterlaksanaan model Joyful Learning pada kedua siklus berada pada kategori sangat baik. Hasil belajar kognitif peserta didik mengalami peningkatan dengan rata-rata nilai post-test lebih tinggi dibandingkan pre-test, serta nilai N-gain berada pada kategori "tinggi". Minat belajar peserta didik juga meningkat, terlihat dari respons positif terhadap aktivitas pembelajaran yang menyenangkan, interaktif, dan bervariasi. Disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model Joyful Learning efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar kognitif dan minat belajar peserta didik pada materi olahan hasil perikanan. This study aims to determine the implementation of the Joyful Learning model, the improvement of cognitive learning outcomes, and students' learning interest in the fishery products processing material for Grade XI Agribusiness of Agricultural Product Processing (APHP) at SMK Negeri 2 Cilaku. The research background is based on the low motivation, concentration, and learning outcomes in the Animal Product Processing subject, particularly in the fishery product processing material. The research method employed was Classroom Action Research (PTK) using the Kemmis \& McTaggart model, conducted in two cycles. The research subjects were 30 students from class XI APHP 3, selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through observations of lesson implementation, learning outcome tests (pre-test and post-test), and learning interest questionnaires. The results showed that the implementation of the Joyful Learning model in both cycles was in the "very good" category. Students' cognitive learning outcomes improved, with the average post-test score higher than the pre-test score, and the N-gain value in the high category. Learning interest also increased, as indicated by positive responses to engaging, interactive, and varied learning activities.
