Kab. Subang/Karawang dan BTS. Kota Pamanukan (STA 2350 – STA 3352) dievaluasi untuk mengetahui kondisi perkerasannya, yang dilatarbelakangi oleh penurunan kondisi permukaan akibat peningkatan beban lalu lintas dan usia infrastruktur. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan tiga metode yang telah baku, yaitu International Roughness Index (IRI), Road Condition Index (RCI), dan Pavement Condition Index (PCI). Pengambilan data dilakukan setiap interval 100 meter pada ruas sepanjang 10,2 km untuk kedua arah. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa 92% ruas pada arah normal dan 96% ruas pada arah sebaliknya dikategorikan “sedang” berdasarkan nilai IRI. Klasifikasi RCI menunjukkan hasil serupa, dengan 84% (arah normal) dan 88% (arah sebaliknya) berada dalam kategori yang sama. Nilai PCI berkisar antara 53,9 hingga 99,5, dengan rata-rata 81,96, yang menunjukkan bahwa kondisi perkerasan secara umum tergolong baik. Berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum No. 13/PRT/M/2011, kondisi tersebut memenuhi kriteria untuk dilakukan pemeliharaan berkala, terutama dalam bentuk pelapisan ulang aspal (overlay). Untuk menentukan tebal overlay yang dibutuhkan, dilakukan perhitungan Cumulative Equivalent Single Axle Load (CESAL) dan lendutan balik yang diizinkan, yang menghasilkan nilai masing-masing 376.726.050,77 dan 0,81 mm. Berdasarkan nilai tersebut, diperoleh tebal overlay sebesar 10,38 cm dan dibulatkan menjadi 11 cm untuk pelaksanaan. Estimasi biaya rinci disusun untuk seluruh pekerjaan terkait, termasuk pekerjaan persiapan, lapis pengikat (binder course), lapis aus (wearing course), dan marka jalan, dengan total biaya proyek sebesar Rp60.851.525.000,00 A national road segment located between BTS. The evaluation used three established methods: the International Roughness Index (IRI), the Road Condition Index (RCI), and the Pavement Condition Index (PCI). Data were collected at 100 meter intervals across a 10,2 km stretch in both directions. Results showed that 92% of the segment in the normal direction and 96% in the opposite direction were categorized as “fair” based on IRI values. Similarly, the RCI classification placed 84% (normal) and 88% (opposite) of the segment in the same category. PCI values ranged from 53,9 to 99,5, averaging 81,96, indicating that the pavement is generally in good condition.
