Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode pre-experimental design dan pola one group pretest-posttest design. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 36 siswa kelas XI F di SMAN 2 Bandung. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, serta tes praktik (pretest-posttest) dengan mengukur dari 4 aspek kecerdasan interpersonal yang diantaranya adalah empati tinggi, mudah bergaul, berjiwa kepemimpinan, dan bekerja sama. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model Project Based Learning memberikan ruang bagi siswa untuk belajar secara aktif, kolaboratif, dan kreatif melalui pengalaman langsung. Pembelajaran yang bermakna lahir dari interaksi sosial dan keterlibatan siswa dalam pengalaman nyata. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara penerapan model Project Based Learning dengan peningkatan kecerdasan interpersonal siswa. Model ini dianggap efektif dalam menunjang perkembangan kecerdasan interpersonal siswa SMA melalui pembelajaran tari. The background of this study highlights the low level of interpersonal intelligence among high school students, as indicated by their lack of empathy, cooperation, leadership, and communication skills. Therefore, an innovative learning model is needed to maximize student interaction and active participation in the classroom. This research aims to examine the effect of applying the Project Based Learning model as an effort to improve the interpersonal intelligence of 11th-grade students in class XI F at SMAN 2 Bandung. This study employs a quantitative approach using a pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest design pattern. The research subjects consisted of 36 students from class XI F at SMAN 2 Bandung. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and practical tests (pretest-posttest), measuring four aspects of interpersonal intelligence: high empathy, sociability, leadership, and teamwork. The findings of this study show that the Project Based Learning model provides opportunities for students to learn actively, collaboratively, and creatively through hands-on experiences. Meaningful learning emerges from social interaction and student engagement in real-life situations. There is a significant effect between the application of the Project Based Learning model and the improvement of students' interpersonal intelligence.
