Selain itu, program ini mendorong rencana tindak lanjut pemerintah untuk menjadikan wilayah RW 9 sebagai eduwisata Kampung Batik sehingga mampu mengembangkan UMKM berbasis budaya lokal di Desa Sayati. This research is motivated by the progress of the batik industry amidst the booming doll industry in Sayati Village. This condition is supported by the empowerment of women in the economic, educational, and social fields to address gender inequality carried out by Erigandana as a Learning Organization. This study aims to explore in depth how the batik skills program is implemented with a focus on identifying the initial process of the program's implementation, types of empowerment, forms of mentoring, and indicators of program success. Using a qualitative approach with descriptive research methods, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Informants consisted of four people: the owner of Erigandana, two batik artisans, and the Sayati Village government. The results of the study indicate that the program has been designed based on the problems, potential, and needs of the target group. The batik skills program has succeeded in improving batik skills, building social solidarity, and creating new business opportunities for the target group. Mentoring is carried out through facilitating technical skills guidance, providing facilities and infrastructure, and collaborative mediation with the village government, the State-Owned Enterprise Pupuk Kujang, the Bandung Regency Department of Industry and Trade, and Telkom University in supporting the program's success. The batik skills program successfully produced four female artisans, increased income, and strengthened women's roles in the batik creative industry. In conclusion, this study emphasizes the importance of a participatory approach, stakeholder support, and experiential learning within community practices. Furthermore, this program encourages the government's follow-up plan to designate RW 9 as a Batik Village educational tourism destination, enabling the development of local culture-based MSMEs in Sayati Village. date: 2025-08-22 type: Thesis type: NonPeerReviewed format: text language: id identifier: http://repository.upi.edu/141885/1/S_PENMAS_2103450_Title.pdf format: text language: id identifier: http://repository.upi.edu/141885/2/S_PENMAS_2103450_Chapter1.pdf format: text language: id identifier: http://repository.upi.edu/141885/3/S_PENMAS_2103450_Chapter2.pdf format: text language: id identifier: http://repository.upi.edu/141885/4/S_PENMAS_2103450_Chapter3.pdf format: text language: id identifier: http://repository.upi.edu/141885/5/S_PENMAS_2103450_Chapter4.pdf format: text language: en identifier: http://repository.upi.edu/141885/6/S_PENMAS_2103450_Chapter5.pdf format: text language: id identifier: http://repository.upi.edu/141885/7/S_PENMAS_2103450_Appendix.pdf identifier: Shafa Marshanda, - and Oong Komar, - and Viena Rusmiati Hasanah, - (2025) PELAKSANAAN PEMBERDAYAAN PEREMPUAN PENGRAJIN BATIK MELALUI KETERAMPILAN BATIK DI ERIGANDANA DESA SAYATI KABUPATEN BANDUNG.
