Metode role play dipandang relevan karena mampu menciptakan situasi komunikasi nyata yang mendorong keterlibatan aktif, meningkatkan keterampilan bahasa, dan memperkuat penguasaan kosakata dalam konteks yang sesuai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara pengalaman belajar menggunakan metode role play dengan kepuasan belajar mahasiswa Korean for Specific Purposes dalam mata kuliah Korean for Business (비즈니스 한국어) yang dapat dijadikan acuan dalam evaluasi pembelajaran. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 44 mahasiswa Pendidikan Bahasa Korea angkatan 2021 yang mengikuti mata kuliah Korean for Business (비즈니스 한국어) pada kelas Korean for Specific Purposes. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian korelasi. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah teori Experiential Learning Kolb serta teori kepuasan belajar oleh Cheng dan Marsh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman belajar mahasiswa berada pada kategori tinggi dengan persentase 76,0%, sementara itu kepuasan belajar mahasiswa juga berada pada kategori tinggi dengan persentase 77,9%. Uji korelasi Pearson menunjukkan bahwa adanya hubungan yang sangat kuat dan signifikan antara kedua variabel (r=0,886, sig.=0,001). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik pengalaman belajar yang diperoleh melalui metode role play maka semakin tinggi pula kepuasan belajar yang dirasakan mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan metode pengajaran bahasa Korea untuk tujuan khusus yang lebih relevan. Low levels of understanding caused by the dominance of conventional (teacher-centered) teaching methods remain a challenge in 21st-century learning, including in Korean for Specific Purposes (KSP) instruction. The role-play method is considered relevant because it can create authentic communication situations that encourage active participation, enhance language skills, and strengthen vocabulary mastery within an appropriate context. This study aims to analyze the relationship between learning experiences using the role-play method and student learning satisfaction in Korean for Specific Purposes within the Korean for Business (비즈니스 한국어) course, which can serve as a reference for learning evaluation. The research sample consisted of 44 students from the 2021 cohort of the Korean Language Education Program who took the Korean for Business (비즈니스 한국어) course in the Korean for Specific Purposes class. This study employed a quantitative approach with a correlational research method. Theories applied in this research include Kolb’s Experiential Learning theory and Cheng & Marsh’s learning satisfaction theory. The results showed that students’ learning experiences were in the high category, with a percentage of 76.0%, while their learning satisfaction was also in the high category, with a percentage of 77,9%. The Pearson correlation test indicated a very strong and significant relationship between the two variables (r= 0.886, sig.= 0.001). These findings suggest that the better the learning experience obtained through the role-play method, the higher the level of learning satisfaction perceived by students. This study is expected to contribute to the development of more relevant Korean language teaching methods for specific purposes. 교사 중심의 전통적인 교수법이 지배적인 상황에서 이해 수준이 낮은 문제는 21세기 학습, 특히 특수 목적 한국어 수업에서도 여전히 과제로 남아 있다. 역할극(role play) 기법은 실제적인 의사소통 상황을 만들어 학습자의 적극적인 참여를 유도하고, 언어 능력을 향상시키며, 적절한 맥락에서 어휘 습득을 강화할 수 있다는 점에서 유의미한 방법으로 평가된다. 본 연구의 목적은 Korean for Business(비즈니스 한국어) 교과목에서 역할극 기법을 활용한 학습 경험과 학습 만족도 간의 관계를 분석하여, 학습 평가의 참고 자료로 제공하는 데 있다. 연구 표본은 2021학년도에 입학하여비즈니스 한국어교과목의 특수 목적 한국어 수업을 수강한 한국어교육과 학생 44명으로 구성되었다. 본 연구는 양적 접근을 기반으로 한 상관관계 연구 방법을 적용하였으며, Kolb의 경험학습 이론과 Cheng & Marsh의 학습 만족도 이론을 토대로 하였다. 연구 결과, 학습자의 학습 경험은 76,0%로 높은 수준에 속하였으며, 학습 만족도 역시 77,9%로 높은 수준에 속하는 것으로 나타났다. 피어슨 상관 분석 결과, 두 변인 간에는 매우 강하고 유의미한 상관관계(r= 0.886, sig.= 0.001)가 확인되었다. 이러한 결과는 역할극 기법을 통해 얻는 학습 경험이 향상될수록 학습자가 느끼는 학습 만족도 역시 높아진다는 것을 보여준다. 본 연구는 보다 목적에 부합하는 한국어 특수 목적 교수법 개발에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. %Z https://scholar.google.com/citations?view_op=new_profile&hl=en ID SINTA Dosen Pembimbing: Velayeti Nurfitriana Ansas: 6100520 Arif Husein Lubis: 6755247
