Supervisi dipandang sebagai elemen penting dalam manajemen pendidikan yang berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru. Selain itu, penelitian ini menekankan pada persepsi guru dalam menilai kinerjanya sendiri, sesuai dengan teori self-perception, di mana guru merefleksikan pengalaman profesional mereka dalam pembelajaran sehari-hari. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei eksplanasi, melibatkan 82 guru TK dari 20 lembaga yang memiliki akreditasi A, B, dan C. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert dan dianalisis dengan regresi linier serta ANOVA menggunakan SPSS versi 26.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa supervisi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru TK. Selain itu, terdapat perbedaan pengaruh supervisi terhadap kinerja guru berdasarkan tingkat akreditasi sekolah. TK dengan akreditasi A cenderung memiliki supervisi yang lebih terstruktur dan berdampak lebih besar terhadap kinerja guru dibandingkan TK terakreditasi B dan C. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa efektivitas supervisi tidak hanya meningkatkan kinerja guru secara objektif, tetapi juga tercermin dalam persepsi guru terhadap dirinya sendiri sebagai tenaga profesional. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan praktik supervisi di seluruh jenjang akreditasi sebagai strategi peningkatan mutu pendidikan anak usia dini. This study aims to examine the influence of supervision on the performance of kindergarten teachers in Baleendah District, Bandung Regency, based on school accreditation levels (A, B, and C). Supervision is regarded as an essential element of educational management that contributes to the improvement of teacher performance. In addition, this study emphasizes teachers’ self-perceptions in evaluating their own performance, in line with self-perception theory, whereby teachers reflect on their professional experiences in daily teaching practices. This research employed a quantitative approach with an explanatory survey method, involving 82 kindergarten teachers from 20 institutions accredited at levels A, B, and C. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed through linear regression and ANOVA using SPSS version 26.0. The findings reveal that supervision has a positive and significant effect on teachers’ performance. Furthermore, the influence of supervision on teacher performance differs according to accreditation level, with kindergartens accredited at level A tending to implement more structured supervision that has a greater impact on teacher performance compared to kindergartens accredited at levels B and C. These findings indicate that the effectiveness of supervision not only enhances teacher performance in an objective sense but is also reflected in teachers’ perceptions of themselves as professionals.
