Kesiapan kerja lulusan SMK tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor eksternal, tetapi juga oleh faktor internal, seperti self efficacy dan adversity quotient. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis gambaran self efficacy, adversity quotient, dan kesiapan kerja siswa serta menganalisis pengaruh self efficacy dan adversity quotient terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI dan XII Kompetensi Keahlian Desain Pemodelan dan Informasi Bangunan (DPIB) sebanyak 126 orang, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 96 siswa yang dipilih melalui teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) siswa SMK Negeri 1 Cilaku memiliki tingkat self efficacy yang tinggi, (2) siswa SMK Negeri 1 Cilaku memiliki tingkat adversity quotient yang sangat tinggi, (3) siswa SMK Negeri 1 Cilaku memiliki tingkat kesiapan kerja yang tinggi, (4) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara self efficacy terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa SMK Negeri 1 Cilaku, (5) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara adversity quotient terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa SMK Negeri 1 Cilaku, (6) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara self efficacy dan adversity quotient terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa SMK Negeri 1 Cilaku. Hasil penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa faktor internal siswa, khususnya self efficacy dan adversity quotient berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan kesiapan siswa untuk menghadapi dunia kerja. Vocational education plays a crucial role in preparing students for the world of work. The work readiness of vocational school graduates is influenced not only by external factors but also by internal factors, such as self efficacy and adversity quotient. This study aims to analyze the picture self efficacy, adversity quotient, and students' work readiness and analyzing the influence self efficacy and adversity quotienton students' job readiness. The approach used was a quantitative approach with an associative method. The population in this study was all 126 students in grades XI and XII of the Building Modeling and Information Design (DPIB) expertise, with a sample size of 96 students selected using a random sampling technique with proportionate stratified random sampling. The results of the study show that: (1) students of SMK Negeri 1 Cilaku have a high level of self efficacy, (2) students of SMK Negeri 1 Cilaku have a very high level of adversity quotient, (3) students of SMK Negeri 1 Cilaku have a high level of work readiness, (4) there is a significant influence between self efficacy on the work readiness of students at SMK Negeri 1 Cilaku, (5) there is a significant influence between adversity quotient on the work readiness of students at SMK Negeri 1 Cilaku, (6) there is a significant influence between self efficacy and adversity quotient on the work readiness of students at SMK Negeri 1 Cilaku.
