Seiring meningkatnya tuntutan terhadap kemampuan intrapersonal dan interpersonal, soft skill menjadi elemen krusial dalam menentukan keberhasilan individu di berbagai bidang. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis tingkat penguasaan soft skill pada pengurus Himpunan Mahasiswa Teknik Bangunan (HMTB) dalam organisasi mahasiswa. Sebanyak 95 responden terlibat dalam studi ini, menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Sepuluh indikator soft skill, meliputi komunikasi, manajemen waktu, kepemimpinan, kerja sama, penyelesaian masalah, kreativitas dan inovasi, upaya peningkatan diri, kecerdasan emosional, motivasi, dan integritas yang telah dievaluasi menggunakan metode self assessment. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan seluruh indikator berada pada kategori "Tinggi", dengan persentase rata-rata 79%-84%. Konsistensi ini mengindikasikan pengurus HMTB memiliki fondasi kapabilitas non-teknis kuat. Penguasaan soft skill solid krusial menghadapi tantangan dan tuntutan lingkungan kolaboratif serta adaptif akibat transformasi digital. Kemampuan ini aset penting memfasilitasi komunikasi efektif, kepemimpinan adaptif, kerja sama lintas fungsi, penyelesaian masalah inovatif, serta menjaga integritas dan kesejahteraan organisasi. Meskipun dalam kategori "Tinggi", penelitian ini mengidentifikasi ruang peningkatan berkelanjutan, tercermin dari persentase belum mencapai 100%. Implikasi temuan ini menekankan pentingnya program pengembangan soft skill terarah mengoptimalkan potensi. Kesimpulan menegaskan pengurus HMTB memiliki soft skill sebagai modal utama efektivitas organisasi, serta rekomendasi penguatan berkelanjutan demi relevansi dan kinerja optimal di masa depan. Soft skills are essential in supporting the effectiveness of student organizations and preparing individuals to face professional challenges. As expectations for intrapersonal and interpersonal abilities continue to grow, soft skills have become a critical determinant of individual success. This study aims to assess the level of soft skill mastery among the board members of Himpunan Mahasiswa Teknik Bangunan (HMTB) and explore its implications within a student organizational context. Utilizing a descriptive quantitative approach, data were collected from 95 respondents through a self-assessment instrument. The study evaluates ten soft skill indicators: communication, time management, leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, creativity and innovation, self-improvement, emotional intelligence, motivation, and integrity. Descriptive analysis revealed that all indicators fall under the ?High? category, with average percentages ranging from 79% to 84%. These results suggest that HMTB members possess strong non-technical competencies that support effective collaboration, adaptive leadership, and proactive engagement in organizational activities. Despite the high category ratings, the findings also indicate a gap toward achieving ideal mastery, as none of the indicators reached full (100%) scores. This highlights the need for ongoing development programs to further enhance soft skill performance. In conclusion, HMTB student leaders have demonstrated a solid foundation in soft skills, which serve as key assets in ensuring organizational effectiveness and professional preparedness. The study recommends continuous and structured soft skill enhancement efforts to maintain relevance and optimize performance in increasingly dynamic environments.
