abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Kenaikan Tarif PPN dan FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) Terhadap Pengelolaan Keuangan Pribadi pada mahasiswa di Kota Bandung.  Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) versi 4 dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi  yang digunakan adalah mahasiswa di Kota bandung dengan sampel berjumlah 100 responden dengan dibagi menjadi 2 strata yaitu, mahasiswa PTN dan PTS. Hasil penelitian  menunjukan bahwa Kenaikan Tarif PPN berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pengelolaan Keuangan Pribadi, sedangkan FOMO (Fear of Missing Out)  tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pengelolaan Keuangan Pribadi.

This study aims to analyze the influence of VAT Rate Increase and FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) on Personal Financial Management among university students in Bandung City. This research uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) version 4 method with a quantitative approach. The population for this study is university students in Bandung City, with a sample of 100 respondents divided into two strata: students from state universities (PTN) and private universities (PTS). The results show that a VAT Rate Increase has a positive and significant effect on Personal Financial Management, while FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) does not have a significant effect on Personal Financial Management.
