Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi teknik gerak tari siswa melalui penerapan model Problem Based Learning berbasis TikTok di SMA Negeri 2 Sumedang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus. Subjek penelitian siswa kelas X - 8 dengan jumlah 34 siswa. Sebelum penerapan model nilai presentase ketuntasan kompetensi teknik gerak siswa tergolong rendah, yaitu 44.11%, siswa belum mampu menampilkan gerakan secara tepat, dan kurang keselarasan gerak terhadap musik. Setelah diterapkannya model problem based learning berbasis TikTok pada siklus I dibuktikan dengan presentase ketuntasan klasikal, nilai presentase ketuntasan meningkat menjadi 82.35%, dan pada siklus II meningkat secara signifikan menjadi 97.05%. Hal menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan TikTok sebagai media pembelajaran dalam model Problem based learning dapat memotivasi siswa, meningkatkan partisipasi aktif, serta memfasilitasi pemahaman teknik gerak tari secara lebih visual, kreatif, dan kontekstual. Demikian, model Problem Based Learning berbasis TikTok terbukti berhasil. The research entitled TikTok-based problem based learning is motivated by the weak ability of students in performing dance movement techniques, this occurs when the dance learning process often uses conventional methods, so that students' abilities in learning can be said to be less than optimal, and the reduction in learning media used by teachers, this results in decreased student competence. This study aims to improve students' dance movement technique competence through the application of TikTok-based Problem Based Learning models at SMA Negeri 2 Sumedang. This study uses a Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach implemented in 2 cycles. The research subjects were 34 students in grades X - 8. Before the application of the model, the percentage of students' movement technique competency completion was relatively low, namely 44.11%, students were not yet able to display movements appropriately, and lacked movement harmony with music. After the application of the TikTok-based problem based learning model in cycle I, as evidenced by the classical completion percentage, the completion percentage value increased to 82.35%, and in cycle II increased significantly to 97.05%. This demonstrates that using TikTok as a learning medium in a problem-based learning model can motivate students, increase active participation, and facilitate a more visual, creative, and contextual understanding of dance movement techniques.
