Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik wawancara mendalam kepada empat orang tua yang aktif mengikuti akun tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konten dinilai bermanfaat karena membantu dalam praktik pengasuhan, kredibel karena bersumber dari pihak yang jelas seperti jurnal atau ahli parenting, dan relevan karena sesuai dengan kebutuhan serta informasi yang dicari orang tua. Penyajian visual yang menarik, penggunaan bahasa yang sederhana, dan keterlibatan pakar turut meningkatkan kepercayaan serta mendorong perubahan perilaku positif dalam pengasuhan. Faktor-faktor seperti interaksi sosial dengan sesama orang tua, frekuensi akses, dan harapan akan konten yang realistis juga memengaruhi pembentukan persepsi. Selain itu, selain itu, orang tua menyarankan untuk pengelola akun agar menyajikan konten berbasis pengalaman nyata dan interaktif. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa akun @parentingindonesia dipersepsikan positif oleh orang tua dan menjadi acuan untuk praktik pengasuhan. Peneliti merekomendasikan untuk pengelola akun @parentingindonesia agar menyajikan konten yang realistis dan berbasis pengalaman nyata, serta menyajikan webinar. This research aims to analyze parents perceptions of parenting content presented by the Instagram account @parentingindonesia. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with four parents who actively follow the account. The results show that parents view parenting content on the @parentingindonesia account as a useful, credible, and relevant source of information for daily parenting needs. The content is presented in an appealing visual format, with simple language, and involves experts such as psychologists or pediatricians, increasing parents' trust in the information provided. Additionally, the content is not only understood cognitively but also influences parents' attitudes and behaviors in child-rearing practices, such as enhancing positive communication, discipline, and emotional attachment with their children. Factors such as Social interaction with other parents, frequency of content access, and expectations for realistic and interactive content also influence the formation of parents' perceptions.
