Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode melalui kuesioner yang diberikan kepada 50 responden. Data dianalisis dengan metode Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualifikasi pendidikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, penempatan jabatan juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, serta kedua variabel tersebut secara simultan memberikan kontribusi yang cukup besar terhadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kesesuaian antara latar belakang pendidikan dan penempatan jabatan sangat penting dalam meningkatkan efektivitas kerja pegawai di lingkungan BPSDM Jawa Barat. This study aims to analyze the influence of educational qualifications and job placement on employee performance at the Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDM) of West PT Province. The study used a quantitative approach with a questionnaire method administered to 50 respondents. Data were analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results showed that educational qualifications had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job placement also had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and both variables simultaneously made a significant contribution to improving employee performance.
