Organizational citizenship behaviour karyawan merupakan faktor penting yang turut berkontribusi dalam menentukan kesuksesan organisasi dalam mencapai tujuannya. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang memengaruhi organizational citizenship behaviour karyawan, namun pada penelitian ini penulis akan berfokus pada quality of worklife (X1) dan Pemberdayaan Karyawan (X2). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran quality of worklife, pemberdayaan karyawan, dan organizational citizenship behaviour karyawan di PT Bumi Hijau Motor-Haka Auto Bintaro serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh quality of worklife terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour, pengaruh pemberdayaan karyawan terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour serta pengaruh quality of worklife dan pemberdayaan karyawan terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour di PT Bumi Hijau Motor-Haka Auto Bintaro. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan populasi dan sampel sebanyak 76 karyawan di PT Bumi Hijau Motor-Haka Auto Bintaro. Teknis analisis yang digunakan adalah koefisiensi korelasi pearson product moment dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji-F dan uji-t. This research focuses on the organizational citizenship behavior of PT Bumi Hijau Motor-Haka Auto Bintaro employees. Employee organizational citizenship behavior is an important factor that contributes to determining the success of the organization in achieving its goals. There are several factors that influence employee organizational citizenship behavior, but in this study the authors will focus on Quality of Work Life (X1) and Employee Empowerment (X2). The purpose of this study was to determine the description of the quality of work life, employee empowerment, and organizational citizenship behavior of employees at PT Bumi Hijau Motor-Haka Auto Bintaro and to determine the effect of quality of work life on organizational citizenship behavior, the effect of employee empowerment on organizational citizenship behavior and the effect of quality of work life and employee empowerment on organizational citizenship behavior at PT Bumi Hijau Motor-Haka Auto Bintaro. The research method used is descriptive and verification method with a population and sample of 76 employees at PT Bumi Hijau Motor-Haka Auto Bintaro. The technical analysis used is Pearson product moment correlation coefficient and multiple linear regression analysis.
