Woman subject: L Education (General) subject: LB Theory and practice of education description: Abstrak Perlindungan anak merupakan tanggung jawab kolektif yang membutuhkan keterlibatan aktif berbagai pihak, khususnya perempuan sebagai agen utama dalam keluarga dan komunitas, namun, keterbatasan akses terhadap informasi, keterampilan digital, dukungan sosial sering menjadi penghambat dalam mengoptimalkan peran perempuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan model learning community berbasis website guna meningkatkan peran perempuan dalam perlindungan anak. Menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan pendekatan mixed methods, mencakup teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, telaah dokumen, dan angket. Partisipan penelitian ini terdiri dari perempuan, pendidik, aktivis perlindungan anak, dan pakar pendidikan. Model yang dikembangkan menekankan pada pembelajaran kolaboratif, aksesibilitas digital, penguatan literasi perlindungan anak, interaksi komunitas dan pemberdayaan perempuan dalam komunitas daring. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan model ini efektif meningkatkan kesadaran, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan partisipasi aktif perempuan dalam isu perlindungan anak, baik di lingkungan keluarga maupun sosial serta mendorong keterlibatan dalam advokasi. Faktor kunci keberhasilan meliputi desain platform yang ramah pengguna, konten edukatif yang relevan dan adaptif, serta mekanisme interaksi yang mendorong keterlibatan berkelanjutan. Kesimpulannya model learning community berbasis website dapat menjadi inovasi yang transformatif dalam memperkuat kapasitas perempuan sebagai pelindung anak. Kontribusi penelitian terletak pada penyediaan model terapan yang kontekstual dan aplikatif pada pendidikan masyarakat, sementara novelty-nya adalah integrasi pemberdayaan perempuan dan perlindungan anak dalam wadah komunitas belajar digital. Rekomendasi mencakup penguatan kolaborasi antara komunitas perempuan, lembaga pendidikan, dan pemerintah untuk mendukung adopsi serta keberlanjutannya. Kata Kunci: Learning community, digital, peran perempuan, perlindungan anak Abstract Child protection is a collective responsibility that requires the active involvement of various parties, especially women as the main agent in the family and community, however, limited access to information, digital skills, social support often become obstacles in optimising the role of women. This study aims to develop a website-based learning community model to improve the role of women in child protection. Using the Research and Development (R&D) method with a mixed methods approach, including data collection techniques through interviews, observations, document reviews, and questionnaires. The participants of this research consisted of women, educators, child protection activists, and education experts. The model developed emphasises collaborative learning, digital accessibility, strengthening child protection literacy, community interaction and empowering women in online communities. The results showed that the model was effective in increasing women's awareness, knowledge, skills and active participation in child protection issues, both in the family and social environment and encouraging involvement in advocacy. Key success factors include user-friendly platform design, relevant and adaptive educational content, and interaction mechanisms that encourage sustainable engagement. In conclusion, the website-based learning community model can be a transformative innovation in strengthening women's capacity as child protectors. The contribution of the research lies in providing an applied model that is contextual and applicable to community education, while the novelty is the integration of women's empowerment and child protection in a digital learning community platform. Recommendations include strengthening collaboration between women's communities, educational institutions, and the government to support its adoption and sustainability.
