Penelitian korelasional ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat learning engagement dan kemampuan work-life balance aktivis UKM Ke-Islaman di UPI, serta menganalisis hubungan diantara keduanya. Teori yang digunakan meliputi teori pembelajaran, pembelajaran informal, situated learning, learning organization, learning engagement, dan work-life balance. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner daring kepada 180 responden dengan teknik disproportionate stratified random sampling. Hasil temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa; 1) tingkat learning engagement aktivis UKM Ke-Islaman tergolong tinggi yaitu memiliki rata-rata 3.70 dengan dimensi yang paling berkontribusi adalah emotional engagement, artinya bahwa pembelajaran di organisasi mahasiswa merupakan transformasi diri melalui keterlibatan sosial yang bermakna 2) kemampuan work-life balance aktivis UKM Ke-Islaman juga tinggi, rata-ratanya sebesar 3.77 dengan dimensi paling berperannya adalah work interference with personal life, berarti bahwa aktivis UKM Ke-Islaman dapat mengelola tuntutan amanah di organisasi dan tidak menjadikannya sebagai penghambat akademik maupun kehidupan pribadinya, serta 3) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara learning engagement dengan kemampuan work-life balance yang memiliki tingkat korelasi sedang sebesar 0.438. Sementara dimensi yang paling kuat berkorelasi adalah emotional engagement dengan work enhancement of personal life. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa pembelajaran informal melalui organisasi berperan penting dalam membentuk kemampuan work-life balance, serta dapat menjadi bekal strategis dalam menghadapi tuntutan dunia kerjanya kelak. The high dropout rate in Indonesian higher education reflects the complex challenges faced by students, including academic procrastination, poor time management, and dysfunctional organizational dynamics. This correlational study aims to describe the levels of learning engagement and work-life balance among members of UKM Ke-Islaman at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, as well as to analyze the relationship between them. The study is grounded in theories of learning, informal learning, situated learning, learning organization, learning engagement, and work-life balance. A quantitative approach was employed, with data collected through an online questionnaire from 180 respondents using disproportionate stratified random sampling. The findings reveal that: (1) learning engagement is relatively high, with an average score of 3.70, where emotional engagement is the most dominant dimension, indicating that organizational learning fosters personal transformation through meaningful social involvement; (2) work-life balance is also high, with an average score of 3.77, where the most influential dimension is work interference with personal life, suggesting that student activists are able to manage organizational responsibilities without hindering their academic or personal lives; and (3) there is a positive and significant relationship between learning engagement and work-life balance, with a moderate correlation of 0.438. The strongest correlation occurs between emotional engagement and work enhancement of personal life.
