        abstract = {Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis jenis karya yang terdapat pada laman Komunitas "Dongeng Sunda" Facebook, mengidentifikasi nilai-nilai yang terdapat pada carpon Sirak{\'e}an Silihwangih, mengindentifikasi pemahaman anggota Komunitas "Dongeng Sunda" Facebook terhadap nilai-nilai yang terdapat pada carpon tersebut serta mengidentifikasi kendala dan upaya yang dapat dilakukan dalam memahami nilai-nilai yang disajikan dalam carpon Sirak{\'e}an Silihwangih tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Partisipan merupakan anggota aktif Komunitas "Dongeng Sunda" Facebook dan tempat penelitian juga dilaksanakan langsung pada laman tersebut. Hasil utama penelitian ini adalah nilai yang disajikan dalam carpon Sirak{\'e}an Silihwangih tersebut yang meliputi Sunda dalam perspektif carpon Sirak{\'e}an Silihwangih, sumber ditemukannya nilai-nilai Sunda, ciri masyarakat Sunda berdasarkan perilaku dan tindakan, serta bentuk keterlibatan anggota komunitas dalam isu pelestarian budaya Sunda (Civic Engagement). Berdasarkan hasil analisis ditemukan bahwa carpon Sirak{\'e}an Silihwangih itu sendiri merupakan karya sastra berbentuk cerita pendek yang memuat nilai-nilai berupa isu sosial dan budaya terutama dalam pelestarian budaya Sunda ditengah peruban zaman dan arus modernisasi.

This research aims to identify the values contained in the carpon Sirak{\'e}an Silihwangih, identify the understanding of members of the "Dongeng Sunda" Facebook Community regarding the values contained in the carpon and identify obstacles and efforts that can be made to understand the values presented in the carpon Sirak{\'e}an Silihwangih. The method used in this research is a case study with a qualitative approach. Participants are active members of the "Dongeng Sunda" Facebook Community and the research site was also carried out directly on that page. The main results of this research are the values presented in the carpon Sirak{\'e}an Silihwangih which include Sundanese from the perspective of the carpon Sirak{\'e}an Silihwangih, the source of the discovery of Sundanese values, the characteristics of Sundanese society based on behavior and actions, as well as the form of involvement of community members in the issue of preserving Sundanese culture (Civic Engagement). Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the carpon Sirak{\'e}an Silihwangih itself is a literary work in the form of a short story which contains values in the form of social and cultural issues, especially in preserving Sundanese culture amidst changing times and the flow of modernization.},
