Fokus penelitian mencakup pemahaman guru mengenai konsep kerja sama, strategi dan metode yang diterapkan, faktor pendukung dan penghambat, tantangan yang dihadapi beserta solusinya, serta respon anak dalam bekerja sama. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, melalui teknik wawancara dan observasi terhadap tiga orang guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru memahami pentingnya kerja sama sebagai bagian dari pembentukan karakter anak. Guru melakukan beragam upaya, antara lain melalui penggunaan metode sentra dan proyek, pemanfaatan media edukasi dan cerita, pendekatan interaktif, penekanan konsep dan aturan, pemberian kepercayaan kepada anak, pengaturan lingkungan, serta memberi teladan bagi anak. Faktor pendukung meliputi kesiapan anak, keterlibatan orang tua, dan ketersediaan media pembelajaran, sedangkan hambatan mencakup ketidaksiapan anak dalam bekerja sama, keterbatasan stimulus dari guru, serta kurangnya sinkronisasi antara lingkungan rumah dan sekolah. Tantangan utama muncul dari perbedaan pola asuh dan karakter anak yang belum stabil. Guru mengatasi tantangan tersebut dengan pendekatan personal, komunikasi intensif, dan kerja sama dengan berbagai pihak, termasuk psikolog. Respon anak terhadap upaya guru bervariasi, namun sebagian besar menunjukkan perilaku positif dalam bekerja-sama seperti berbagi. tanggung jawab, keterlibatan aktif, dan komunikasi. This study aims to describe teachers' efforts in improving the cooperation skills of 5-6 year old children in kindergarten. The focus of the study includes teachers' understanding of the concept of cooperation, the strategies and methods applied, supporting and inhibiting factors, challenges faced and their solutions, as well as children's responses to cooperation. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, through interviews and observations of three teachers. The results show that teachers understand the importance of cooperation as part of character building in children. Teachers make various efforts, including through the use of center and project methods, the use of educational media and stories, interactive approaches, emphasizing concepts and rules, giving children trust, arranging the environment, and setting an example for children. Supporting factors include children's readiness, parental involvement, and the availability of learning media, while obstacles include children's unpreparedness to work together, limited stimuli from teachers, and a lack of synchronization between the home and school environments. The main challenge arises from differences in parenting styles and children's unstable characters. Teachers overcome these challenges through a personalized approach, intensive communication, and cooperation with various parties, including psychologists. Children's responses to teachers' efforts varied, but most showed positive behaviors in cooperation such as sharing, responsibility, active involvement, and communication.
