Dengan demikian, diperlukan media pembelajaran yang dapat mendukung proses belajar, untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, digunakan e-modul pada pembelajaran di kelas menggunakan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PjBL), yang memuat materi, langkah kerja, dan video pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterlaksanaan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PjBL), mengetahui hasil belajar pada aspek kognitif siswa, mengetahui hasil belajar pada aspek afektif siswa, dan mengetahui hasil belajar pada aspek psikomotorik siswa menggunakan e-modul pada materi fermentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus dengan menggunakan model Project Based Learning (PjBL). Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 35 siswa kelas X APHP 3 didasarkan pada karakteristik kelas yang memiliki nilai rendah diantara kelas yang lainnya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keterlaksanaan model pembelajaran PjBL pada kedua siklus tergolong dalam kategori “sangat baik”. Hasil belajar aspek kognitif siswa menunjukkan peningkatan dengan nilai N-Gain berkategori “tinggi”, aspek afektif berada dalam kategori “sangat baik”, dan aspek psikomotorik termasuk dalam kategori “sangat terampil”. The low achievement of learning outcomes for Grade X APHP 3 students at SMKN 2 Cilaku Cianjur in the 2024/2025 academic year is attributed to the difficulties they face in understanding the instructional material presented, as well as failures in fermentation experiments that resulted in outcomes not meeting expectations. Many students felt confused while following the experimental steps, leading them to repeatedly ask questions about the procedure. Therefore, an educational medium is needed to support the learning process. To address this issue, an e-module was used in classroom instruction employing the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model, which includes instructional content, experimental steps, and instructional videos. This study aims to determine the implementation of the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model, assess students' cognitive learning outcomes, evaluate students, affective learning outcomes, and measure students psychomotor learning outcomes using an e-module on fermentation material. This study employed the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method, conducted in two cycles using the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model. The sample consisted of 35 students from class X APHP 3, selected based on the class's low performance compared to other classes. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the PjBL learning model in both cycles falls into the “very good” category.
