Adult education. Continuing education description: Self-regulated learning menjadi tantangan penting dalam pelatihan daring karena menuntut peserta untuk belajar mandiri tanpa pengawasan langsung. Learning Management System (LMS) dan dukungan sosial pendamping merupakan faktor eksternal yang diduga berperan dalam mempengaruhi self-regulated learning. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kualitas LMS Sista Praja, dukungan sosial pendamping, dan self-regulated learning peserta Pelatihan Peningkatan Kompetensi Guru Berkelanjutan di BPSDM Provinsi Jawa Barat, serta menganalisis pengaruh LMS Sista Praja dan dukungan sosial pendamping terhadap self-regulated learning secara parsial dan simultan, termasuk mengidentifikasi variabel yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi self-regulated learning. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda terhadap 100 sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LMS Sista Praja dan dukungan sosial pendamping berada pada kategori baik, dan self-regulated learning peserta tergolong tinggi. LMS Sista Praja dan dukungan sosial pendamping berpengaruh signifikan terhadap self-regulated learning, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Dukungan sosial pendamping merupakan variabel yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi self-regulated learning. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa self-regulated learning tidak hanya bersumber dari faktor internal, tetapi juga dapat ditumbuhkan melalui faktor eksternal seperti pemanfaatan LMS dan adanya dukungan sosial pendamping. Namun, aspek humanis yang tercermin dalam dukungan sosial pendamping memiliki pengaruh lebih besar dalam mendorong perkembangan self-regulated learning peserta pelatihan. Dengan demikian, selain memastikan kualitas LMS Sista Praja, diperlukan pula kehadiran pendamping yang memberikan dukungan sosial secara kontekstual dan suportif selama pelatihan untuk memperkuat kemampuan self-regulated learning peserta. Self-regulated learning is a crucial challenge in online training because it requires participants to learn indenpendently without direct supervision. The Learning Management System (LMS) and social support from facilitators are external factors presumed to influence self-regulated learning. This study aims to describe the quality of the Sista Praja LMS, social support from facilitator, and the self-regulated learning of participants in the Sustainable Teacher Competency Improvement Training at BPSDM of West Java Province, as well as to analyze the effect of Sista Praja LMS and social support from facilitator on self-regulated learning, both partially and simultaneously, including identifying the most dominant variable. This research uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis on a sample of 100 participants. The result indicate that the Sista Praja LMS and social support from facilitator are in the good category, and participants’ sefl-regulated learning is categorized as high. The Sista Praja LMS and social support from facilitator significanly influence self-regulated learning, both partially and simultaneously. Among these factors, social support from facilitator emerged as the most dominant variable affecting self-regulated learning. These findings highlight that self-regulated learning is not solely derived from internal factors, but can also be fostered through external factors such as the utilization of LMS and the presence of social support from facilitators. However, the humanistic aspect reflected in social support from facilitator has a stronger influence in promoting the development of participants’ self-regulated learning.
