Penelitian ini dilakukan karena kecerdasan interpersonal merupakan kemampuan yang sangat penting dalam pembelajaran seni tari, dimana siswa dituntut untuk bekerja sama, berkomunikasi, dan memahami emosi orang lain saat berproses dalam kelompok. Namun, kecerdasan ini belum sepenuhnya berkembang optimal di kalangan siswa, sehingga diperlukan model pembelajaran yang dapat menunjang pengembangannya secara efektif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kelas X-5 SMA Negeri Tanjungsari Sumedang menggunakan metode pra-eksperimen dan desain One-Group Pretest-Posttest dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Instrumen penelitian berupa pretest dan posttest digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat kecerdasan interpersonal siswa sebelum dan setelah penerapan model Jigsaw. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata skor dari 65,86 menjadi 83,91 setelah penerapan model pembelajaran Jigsaw. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa model Jigsaw efektif dalam mengembangkan keterampilan sosial siswa melalui pembelajaran kelompok yang terstruktur dan kolaboratif. Selain mendorong interaksi aktif di antara siswa, model ini juga membantu menumbuhkan rasa tanggung jawab, empati, dan solidaritas. Dengan demikian, model pembelajaran Jigsaw memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap pengembangan kecerdasan interpersonal siswa dalam pembelajaran tari dan layak diterapkan dalam konteks pembelajaran lain yang menekankan aspek sosial dan kolaboratif. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Jigsaw learning model in improving students' interpersonal intelligence in dance education. This Study was conducted because interpersonal intelligence is a very important skill in dance education, where students are required to work together, communite, and understand the emotions of others when working in groups. However, this intelligence has not yet developed optimally among students, necessitating a learning model that can effectively support its development. This study was conducted in class X-5 of Tanjungsari Sumedang State High School using a pre-experimental method and a One-Group Pretest-Posttest design with a quantitative approach. Research instruments in the form of Pretest and Posttest were used to measure students' interpersonal intelligence levels before and after the implementation of the Jigsaw model. The results showed an increase in the average score from 65.86 to 83.91 after the implementation of the Jigsaw learning model. These findings indicate that the Jigsaw model is effective in developing students' social skills through structured and collaborative group learning. In addition to encouraging active interaction among students, this model also helps foster a sense of responsibility, empathy, and solidarity. In conclusion, the Jigsaw learning model makes a positive contribution to the development of students' interpersonal intelligence in dance education and is worthy of application in other learning contexts that emphasize social and collaborative aspects.
