Pembelajaran daring memungkinkan fleksibilitas dan aksesibilitas, namun keberhasilannya dipengaruhi oleh persepsi peserta terhadap kualitas pembelajaran daring itu sendiri, yang meliputi aspek sistem LMS, materi, fleksibilitas, interaksi, serta dukungan teknis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran daring terhadap motivasi belajar lanjutan peserta pelatihan ASN Ber-AKHLAK di BPSDM Provinsi Jawa Barat. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif korelasional dengan teknik analisis regresi sederhana. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terhadap peserta pelatihan ASN Ber-AKHLAK Tahun 2024 Periode 1 sampai Periode 3 sebanyak 100 peserta yang diambil dengan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling dari populasi sebanyak 33.129 peserta pelatihan. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dan inferensial melalui uji regresi linear sederhana, uji korelasi bivariat, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa Pembelajaran daring pada peserta pelatihan termasuk dalam kategori tinggi dengan persentase sebesar 83.9% dimana peserta laki-laki memiliki tingkat pembelajaran daring yang lebih tinggi dibanding peserta perempuan. Motivasi belajar lanjutan dikategorikan tinggi dengan persentase sebesar 75.05%. Pembelajaran daring berpengaruh positif serta signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar lanjutan peserta setelah menyelesaikan pelatihan. Pengaruh pembelajaran daring terhadap motivasi belajar lanjutan sebesar 69.9%. Motivation for continued learning is an important aspect in developing ASN competencies because it reflects the continuity of the independent learning process after formal training ends. Online learning allows flexibility and accessibility, but its success is influenced by participants' perceptions of the quality of the online learning itself, which includes aspects of the LMS system, materials, flexibility, interaction, and technical support. This study aims to determine the effect of online learning on the motivation for continued learning of ASN Ber-AKHLAK training participants at the BPSDM of West Java Province. The approach used was a quantitative correlational approach with a simple regression analysis technique. Research data were collected through questionnaires from 100 participants of the ASN Ber-AKHLAK training in 2024 from Periods 1 to 3, selected using a proportionate stratified random sampling technique from a population of 33,129 training participants. Data were analyzed descriptively and inferentially through simple linear regression tests, bivariate correlation tests, and coefficient of determination tests. The results found that online learning among training participants was included in the high category with a percentage of 83.9%, where male participants had a higher level of online learning than female participants. Motivation for further learning was categorized as high, with a percentage of 75.05%. Online learning had a positive and significant effect on participants motivation for further learning after completing the training.
