%X Peningkatan aktivitas logistik di seluruh dunia berdampak negatif pada lingkungan, terutama melalui peningkatan emisi Gas Rumah Kaca (GRK) dan kerusakan sumber daya alam. PT Pos Indonesia sebagai salah satu pelaku utama logistik nasional memerlukan strategi yang selaras dengan prinsip keberlanjutan, salah satunya melalui penerapan nilai-nilai ISO 14001:2015 berbasis green logistics. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya evaluasi kesiapan implementasi prinsip tersebut di Sentral Pengolahan Pos (SPP) Bandung yang berperan strategis dalam distribusi pos dan logistik di wilayah Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini bertujuan menilai tingkat kesiapan SPP Bandung terhadap penerapan prinsip ISO 14001:2015, mengidentifikasi aspek-aspek utama yang relevan dalam konteks green logistics, serta merumuskan rekomendasi strategi implementasi meskipun tanpa sertifikasi formal. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui Weighted Rating yang dikombinasikan dengan hasil Systematic Literature Review (SLR) untuk memastikan indikator evaluasi relevan dengan konteks industri dan kondisi lapangan. Data dikumpulkan melalui instrumen kuesioner kepada responden yang memiliki keterlibatan langsung dalam proses operasional SPP Bandung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kesiapan SPP Bandung dalam menerapkan sistem manajemen lingkungan ISO 14001 berada pada kategori baik dengan beberapa klausul yang masih memerlukan prioritas peningkatan, khususnya pada aspek perencanaan. Temuan ini memberikan dasar strategis dalam merumuskan program penguatan kinerja lingkungan yang relevan dengan kondisi operasional SPP Bandung.

Increased logistics activity around the world has a negative impact on the environment, particularly through increased greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and damage to natural resources. PT Pos Indonesia, as one of the main players in national logistics, requires a strategy that is in line with the principles of sustainability, one of which is through the application of ISO 14001:2015 values based on green logistics. This study is motivated by the importance of evaluating the readiness for implementing these principles at the Bandung Postal Service Center (SPP Bandung), which plays a strategic role in postal distribution and logistics in West Java. This study aims to assess the level of readiness of the Bandung SPP for the implementation of ISO 14001:2015 principles, identify key aspects relevant to green logistics, and formulate implementation strategy recommendations even without formal certification. The research method employs a quantitative approach using Weighted Rating combined with the results of a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) to ensure that evaluation indicators are relevant to the industrial context and field conditions. The results of the study indicate that SPP Bandung’s readiness to implement the ISO 14001 environmental management system is in the good category, with several clauses still requiring priority improvement, particularly in the area of planning. These findings provide a strategic basis for formulating environmental performance enhancement programs that are relevant to SPP Bandung’s operational conditions.
