Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) dengan model ADDIE (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation). Partisipan penelitian terdiri atas ahli materi (membaca), ahli bahan ajar, guru kelas V, dan peserta didik di salah satu sekolah dasar di kabupaten Tasikmalaya.Teknik pengumpulan data mencakup observasi, wawancara, dan angket. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar sangat layak menurut ahli membaca dan layak menurut ahli bahan ajar. Uji coba terbatas menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar mudah digunakan, menarik, dan membantu peserta didik memahami isi bacaan dengan lebih mandiri. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa bahan ajar berbasis google sites layak dijadikan sebagai alternatif sumber belajar yang mendukung pembelajaran mandiri dan digital. Implikasinya, guru dapat memanfaatkan teknologi sederhana seperti google sites untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta didik. Rekomendasi diberikan agar pengembangan bahan ajar digital terus ditingkatkan dan disesuaikan dengan perkembangan teknologi dan tuntutan Kurikulum Merdeka. 21st-century learning demands the availability of interactive and contextual digital teaching materials, but in fifth-grade elementary schools, learning is still dominated by conventional teaching materials in the form of printed books that are less interesting and not yet suited to the characteristics of students. This study aims to develop google sites-based reading comprehension teaching materials for fifth-grade elementary school students. This study uses a research and development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation). Research participants consisted of material experts (reading), teaching material experts, fifth-grade teachers, and students in one elementary school in Tasikmalaya District. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The validation results showed that the teaching materials were very appropriate according to reading experts and appropriate according to teaching material experts. Limited trials showed that the teaching materials were easy to use, interesting, and helped students understand the content of the reading more independently. The conclusion of this study is that google sites-based teaching materials are worthy of being used as an alternative learning resource that supports independent and digital learning. The implication is that teachers can utilize simple technology such as google sites to develop teaching materials that suit students' needs.
