Namun masih ditemukan kesenjangan antara kemampuan lulusan dan tuntutan dunia kerja. Rendahnya hasil belajar dan kemampuan praktik siswa dalam menerapkan teori turut berkontribusi pada masalah ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hasil penerapan model Project Based Learning (PjBL) berbasis Liveworksheet untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada pengolahan hasil serealia, dari tiga aspek utama yaitu kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik, serta mengetahui hasil produk yang dihasilkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, dimana setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahapan utama yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi model PjBL berbasis Liveworksheet berjalan sangat baik dengan kategori Sangat Baik. Pada ranah kognitif, terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar yang signifikan dengan nilai N-Gain kategori Sedang. Ranah afektif siswa mencapai kategori Sangat Baik, sementara keterampilan psikomotorik siswa dalam memproduksi bomboloni dari bahan dasar tepung gandum mencapai kategori Sangat Terampil. Penilaian hasil produk menunjukkan karakteristik organoleptik yang baik dan dapat diterima oleh panelis. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa penerapan model PjBL berbasis Liveworksheet tidak hanya efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa secara komprehensif, tetapi juga berhasil meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam mengolah hasil serealia sehingga menjadi produk bernilai tambah. Vocational school education aims to equip students with practical skills that meet industry needs. However there is still a gap between graduates' abilities and the demands of the world of work. Low learning outcomes and students' practical ability to apply theory contribute to this problem.. This study aims to see the results of the application of the Liveworksheet-based Project Based Learning (PjBL) model to improve student learning outcomes in cereal processing, from three main aspects, namely cognitive, affective, and psychomotor, as well as knowing the result of the products produced. This study used the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method carried out in two cycles, where each cycle consisted of four main stages, namely planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection. The results showed that the implementation of the Liveworksheet-based PjBL model went very well with the very good category. In the cognitive aspect, there was a significant increase in learning outcomes with an N-Gain value of Medium category. Students' affective aspects reached the Very Good category, while students' psychomotor skills in producing bomboloni from wheat flour-based ingredients reached the Highly Skilled category. Products assessment showed good organoleptic characteristics and were acceptable to panelists. This research proves that the application of the PjBL model based on Liveworksheet is not only effective in improving student learning outcomes comprehensively, but also succeeded in improving student learning outcomes in processing cereal products into value-added products.} }
