N2  - Penelitian ini berjudul "Efektivitas Aplikasi SINDE dalam Sistem Pengarsipan terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna Layanan SINDE di Lingkungan Direktorat Guru Pendidikan Dasar". Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efektivitas aplikasi SINDE dalam sistem pengarsipan terhadap kepuasan pengguna lavanan SINDE di lingkungan Direktorat Guru Pendidikan Dasar. Adapun metode yang digunakan oleh peneliti dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Dengan teknik pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 56 pegawai Direktorat Guru Pendidikan Dasar yang menggunakan layanan SINDE sebagai sampel penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan Weight Means Score (WMS), menunjukan bahwa kecenderungan umum variabel X (Efektivitas Aplikasi SINDE) sebesar 4,07 dan termasuk kedalam kategori sangat baik, sedangkan kecenderungan umum variabel Y (Kepuasan Pengguna Layanan SINDE) sebesar 4,04 dan termasuk kedalam kategori sangat baik. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukan bahwa kedua variabel adalah berpengaruh, dengan hasil pengaruh efektivitas aplikasi SINDE berpengaruh positif sebesar 23,6% terhadap kepuasan pengguna layanan SINDE di lingkungan Direktorat Guru Pendidikan Dasar, dan sisanya 76% dapat dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Selanjutnya, ditunjukan dengan hasil nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai t yang didapat adalah sebesar 4,083 > 1.674, sehingga menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara positif antara efektivitas aplikasi SINDE terhadap kepuasan pengguna layanan SINDE.

This research is entitled ?The Effectiveness of the SINDE Application in the Filing System on SINDE Service User Satisfaction within the Directorate of Primary and Secondary Education Teachers?. This study aims to determine the effect of the effectiveness of the SINDE application in the filing system on the satisfaction of SINDE service users within the Directorate of Primary and Secondary Education Teachers. The method used by researchers in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. With data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires distributed to 56 employees of the Directorate of Primary and Secondary Education Teachers who use SINDE services as research samples. Based on the results of the Weight Means Score (WMS) calculation, it shows that the general trend of variable X (SINDE Application Effectiveness) is 4.07 and is included in the very good category, while the general trend of variable Y (SINDE Service User Satisfaction) is 4.04 and is included in the very good category. The results of hypothesis testing show that both variables are influential, with the results of the effect of archival governance having a positive effect of 23.6% on SINDE service user satisfaction within the Directorate of Primary and Secondsry Education Teachers, and the remaining 76% can be influenced by other factors. Furthermore, it is shown by the results of a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and the t value obtained is 4.083> 1.674, resulting in the conclusion that there is a significant positive influence on the satisfaction of SINDE service users within the Directorate of Primary and Secondary Education Teachers, and the remaining 76% can be influenced by other factors.
