Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel non-probrability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling dengan sampel 110 guru di Kota Bandung. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah skala strategi coping (25 item; α = 0.979) yang dimodifikasi oleh peneliti dari instrumen yang dikembangkan oleh Rukmana (2019) berdasarkan teori Lazarnus & Flokman (1984) dengan dua jenis strategi coping yaitu problem focused coping dan emotion focused coping, serta instrumen teaching style (31 item; α = 0.983) menggunakan skala yang dikembangkan oleh Subroto (2017) berdasarkan teori Grasha (1996) dengan lima jenis teaching style yaitu expert, formal authority, personal model, facilitator, dan delegator. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan spearman rank correlation atau spearman’s rho. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara strategi coping dengan teaching style pada guru yang di Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi pemahaman bahwa strategi coping berhubungan dengan teaching style menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan guru dalam mengelola stres maupun tantangan dalam mengajar baik melalui problem focused coping maupun emotion focused coping berdampak positif terhadap efektivitas teaching style. Oleh karena itu, pelatihan guru sebaiknya tidak hanya fokus pada aspek pedagogik, tetapi juga mencangkup penguatan keterampilan coping untuk mendukung kualitas pembelajaran di kelas. This study aims to determine the relationship between coping strategies and teaching styles among teachers in Bandung City. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling, with a sample of 110 teachers in Bandung City. The instruments used in this study were a coping strategy scale (25 items; α = 0.979) modified by the researcher from an instrument developed by Rukmana (2019) based on the theory of Lazarnus & Flokman (1984) with two types of coping strategies, namely problem-focused coping and emotion-focused coping, as well as a teaching style instrument (31 items; α = 0.983) using a scale developed by Subroto (2017) based on Grasha's (1996) theory with five types of teaching styles, namely expert, formal authority, personal model, facilitator, and delegator. The data analysis technique in this study used Spearman's rank correlation or Spearman's rho. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between coping strategies and teaching styles among teachers in Bandung.
