Mereka lebih banyak bekerja di sektor informal, salah satunya kedai kopi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana proses perekrutan dan pelatihan karyawan disabilitas di salah satu kedai kopi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif metode deskriptif studi kasus. Data utama diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pemilik, mentor, dan karyawan disabilitas. Data tersebut didukung oleh studi dokumentasi yang diperoleh melalui media sosial dan dokumen milik kedai kopi. Data yang sudah diperoleh lalu dianalisis dengan model Miles and Hubberman, yakni direduksi lalu disajikan dalam bentuk narasi dan diagram alir. Ditemukan bahwa proses rekrutmen di Satuperdua Kopi Tiam dilakukan dengan metode terbuka dan tertutup dan sumber berasal dari eksternal. Adapun dua jenis pelatihan yang diadakan yakni orientasi Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) oleh pihak kedai kopi sendiri dan pelatihan yang bekerja sama dengan pihak ketiga, seperti dinas ketenagakerjaan dan otoritas jasa keuangan. Diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa Satuperdua Kopi Tiam telah melakukan proses rekrutmen dan pelatihan dengan melibatkan berbagai penyandang disabilitas, kecuali down syndrome. People with disabilities often face discrimination in accessing employment due to employer perspectives, workplace culture, and requirements. They are more likely to work in the informal sector, for example, in coffee shops. This paper explore the recruitment and training processes for employees with disabilities at a coffee shop in Indonesia. By use a qualitative descriptive case study approach, main data was obtained through in-depth interviews with the owner, mentors, and employees with disabilities. The data was supported by documentation obtained through social media and documents belonging to the coffee shop. The data obtained was then analyzed using the Miles and Hubberman model, which was reduced and presented in the form of narratives and flowcharts. It was found that the recruitment process at Satuperdua Kopi Tiam was conducted using open and closed methods, with sources coming from external parties. There were two types of training sessions held: Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) orientation by the coffee shop itself and training sessions in collaboration with third parties, such as the labor office and the Financial Services Authority.
