Keterampilan yang semakin dibutuhkan di era digital adalah fotografi, yang tidak hanya bernilai ekspresi tetapi juga ekonomis. Namun penelitian mengenai strategi collaborative learning dalam pendidikan nonformal masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan strategi collaborative learning dalam pelatihan fotografi serta capaian hasil belajar peserta pada Program Camp Entrepreneur (Cempor). Penelitian dilakukan di Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Bandung yang menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah fasilitator, instruktur, dan peserta pelatihan fotografi batch 5 tahun 2025. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi collaborative learning diterapkan melalui tahapan talent mapping, pembentukan kelompok berdasarkan potensi, dan penguasaan tugas project yang memerlukan kerja sama antar anggota. Fasilitator berperan sebagai pendamping yang menciptakan suasana belajar kondusif, memberikan arahan, dan mendorong kemandirian kelompok. Peserta pelatihan berkontribusi secara aktif melalui pembagian tugas yang jelas, interaksi promotif, serta akuntabilitas individu yang mendorong pencapaian hasil belajar yang optimal. Evaluasi hasil belajar mencakup aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik yang menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan. Aspek kognitif dilihat dari kemampuan peserta dalam memahami konsep dan menerapkan teknik fotografi secara tepat. Aspek afektif terlihat dari sikap positif, keterbukaan terhadap masukan, dan kemampuan bekerja sama dalam tim. Sementara aspek psikomotorik mencerminkan keterampilan peserta dalam menggunakan alat fotografi, menerapkan teknik pengambilan gambar, serta menyusun project fotografi secara mandiri maupun kolaboratif. Selain hasil belajar yang meningkat, penggunaan metode collaborative learning ini juga meningkatkan aspek sosial dan ekonomi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa strategi collaborative learning terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta pelatihan fotografi melalui pendekatan partisipatif, komunikatif, dan berbasis kerja tim. Education plays an important role in improving the quality of human resources, including through non-formal pathways that focus on developing community skills. One of the increasingly demanded skills in the digital era is photography, which holds not only expressive but also economic value. However, research on collaborative learning strategies in non-formal education remains limited. This study aims to describe the implementation of collaborative learning strategies in photography training and the learning outcomes of participants in the Camp Entrepreneur (Cempor) Program. The research was conducted at the Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga Bandung City using a qualitative approach with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants of this study were facilitators, instructors, and participants of the fifth batch of the photography training program in 2025. The findings show that the collaborative learning strategy was implemented through several stages, including talent mapping, group formation based on participants’ potential, and project assignments requiring teamwork. Facilitators acted as mentors who created a conducive learning environment, provided guidance, and encouraged group independence, while participants actively contributed through clear task distribution, promotive interaction, and individual accountability that supported optimal learning achievement. The evaluation of learning outcomes covered cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects, all of which showed significant improvement. The cognitive aspect was reflected in the participants’ ability to understand concepts and apply photographic techniques accurately; the affective aspect was shown through positive attitudes, openness to feedback, and teamwork skills; while the psychomotor aspect demonstrated participants’ skills in using photographic equipment, applying shooting techniques, and completing photography projects both independently and collaboratively. In addition to improved learning outcomes, the use of collaborative learning methods also enhanced social and economic aspects.
