Desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan dan validasi. Partisipan yang terlibat yaitu, 5 orang ahli bidang pendidikan kimia sebagai validator dan 32 peserta didik kelas XI di salah satu SMA negeri di Bandung sebagai responden. Produk yang dihasilkan dari penelitian ini adalah instrumen AKM pada materi stoikiometri yang terdiri dari 14 butir soal literasi membaca dan 16 butir soal numerasi yang tersebar dalam 11 teks bacaan. Hasil uji validitas isi instrumen tes ini dinyatakan valid dan berdasarkan uji validitas empiris sebanyak 25 butir soal dinyatakan valid dan 5 butir soal tidak valid. Hasil uji reliabilitas untuk bentuk soal pilihan ganda, pilihan ganda kompleks, isian singkat, menjodohkan, dan uraian dinyatakan reliabel. Berdasarkan analisis tingkat kesukaran, sebanyak 1 butir soal memiliki kriteria sulit, 17 butir soal sedang, dan 12 soal butir soal mudah. Sementara itu, analisis daya pembeda menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 11 butir soal memiliki kriteria baik, 12 butir soal cukup, 6 butir soal jelek, dan 1 butir soal jelek sekali. Hasil analisis tingkat kompetensi instrumen AKM menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi literasi membaca dan numerasi peserta didik keduanya memiliki kategori dasar dengan indeks masing-masing yaitu sebesar 1,73 dan 1,78. This research aims to produce a STEM-based Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM) instrument on stoichiometry concept that is suitable in terms of validity, reliability, difficulty level, and discriminative power. The research design uses development and validation methods. The participants involved are 5 experts in the field of chemistry education as validators and 32 eleventh-grade students from a public high school in Bandung as respondents. The product generated from this research is an AKM instrument on stoichiometry material consisting of 14 reading literacy questions and 16 numeracy questions spread across 11 reading texts. The results of the content validity test of this test instrument are stated to be valid and based on empirical validity testing, 25 items are declared valid and 5 items are invalid. The results of the reliability test for multiple choice, complex multiple choice, short answer, matching, and essay questions are stated to be reliable. Based on the difficulty level analysis, 1 item is categorized as difficult, 17 items are moderate, and 12 items are easy. Meanwhile, the differential power analysis shows that 11 items have good criteria, 12 items are adequate, 6 items are poor, and 1 item is very poor.
