Menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan 100 responden melalui simple random sampling, data dikumpulkan lewat kuesioner yang valid dan reliabel, lalu dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda, uji t, dan uji F menggunakan SPSS 24.0. Hasil menunjukkan daya tarik dan kualitas pelayanan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan, berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengunjung. Disarankan pengelola meningkatkan keunikan daya tarik, kebersihan lingkungan, dan mutu pelayanan untuk mempertahankan serta meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan. ABSTRACT This study examines the effect of tourist attraction and service quality on visitor satisfaction at Cibulan Tourism Object, Kuningan. Using a quantitative descriptive method with 100 respondents selected via simple random sampling, data were collected through valid and reliable questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression, t-test, and F-test with SPSS 24.0. Results indicate that both tourist attraction and service quality, individually and jointly, have a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction. It is recommended that management enhance attraction uniqueness, environmental cleanliness, and service quality to sustain and increase visits.
