Industrial Management subject: L Education (General) description: Sejak pandemi Covid-19 dinyatakan selesai, tatanan kehidupan manusia mulai membaik, salah satunya berdampak pada sektor ekonomi yang ditandai dengan pemulihan kinerja organisasi. Berbeda dengan PT Bumi Hijau Motor – Haka Auto Bintaro mengalami penurunan kinerja organisasi imbas dari adanya penurunan penjualan. Ada banyak faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja organisasi (Organizational Performance), namun penelitian ini hanya akan berfokus pada Multigenerational Workforce Management dan Employee Engagement. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Multigenerational Workforce Management terhadap Organizational Performance melalui Employee Engagement sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan di PT Bumi Hijau Motor – HAKA Auto Bintaro. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 76 yang diambil dari keseluruhan populasi dengan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui distribusi kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif verifikatif serta analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis jalur (Path Analysis). Selain itu, hipotesis diuji menggunakan analisis Uji-t untuk mengetahui dampak secara parsial dan Uji Sobel guna menguji signifikansi efek mediasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa multigenerational workforce management dan employee engagement berpengaruh terhadap organizational performance. Multigenerational workforce management berpengaruh secara parsial berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational performance, multigenerational workforce management berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap employee engagement, employee engagement berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap organizational performance, dan multigenerational workforce management berpengaruh terhadap organizational performance melalui employee engagement sebagai variabel mediasi. Since the declaration of the end of the Covid-19 pandemic, human life has gradually returned to normal, one of which is reflected in the economic sector through the recovery of organizational performance. However, PT Bumi Hijau Motor – Haka Auto Bintaro experienced a decline in organizational performance due to a decrease in sales. Various factors can influence organizational performance; however, this study focuses specifically on the role of Multigenerational Workforce Management and Employee Engagement. The objective of this study is to examine the effect of multigenerational workforce management on organizational performance through employee engagement as a mediating variable among employees of PT Bumi Hijau Motor – Haka Auto Bintaro. This research employs a quantitative approach with a saturated sampling technique involving a total of 76 respondents from the overall population. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires. The data were analyzed using descriptive and verificative analysis, with path analysis employed to examine the causal relationships. In addition, t-tests were conducted to assess partial effects, and the Sobel test was used to test the significance of the mediating effect. The results reveal that both multigenerational workforce management and employee engagement have a significant effect on organizational performance. Multigenerational workforce management has a partially significant positive effect on organizational performance, a significantly positive effect on employee engagement, and employee engagement significantly and positively affects organizational performance.
