This study examines the role of the Disability Services Unit (ULD) in supporting the implementation of the Inclusion Diffusion Center at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI). Using a qualitative case study design, data was collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis from 2 ULD administrators, 6 students with disabilities, and relevant documents. The data was analyzed using thematic analysis, with interviews coded to identify key themes related to ULD?s role, supporting factors, and barriers in program implementation. The findings show that ULD?s main programs, such as mentoring and academic training, are designed to assist students with disabilities in accessing higher education. However, limited awareness of ULD?s existence and programs among students with disabilities has resulted in underutilization of these services. Key supporting factors include peer and lecturer support, while major barriers include a lack of trained staff and limited funding. The study concludes that while ULD has contributed significantly to creating an inclusive campus environment, more efforts are needed to improve awareness and enhance disability-friendly facilities. The implications suggest the need for broader and sustainable inclusive programs at UPI, along with increased support from the university to better meet the academic needs of students with disabilities.
