description: Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini yaitu terkait rendahnya efisiensi kerja pegawai di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Arsip Kabupaten Bandung. Efisiensi kerja pegawai penting untuk diteliti karena berkaitan langsung dengan produktivitas pegawai, pemanfaatan sumber daya secara optimal, dan pencapaian tujuan organisasi. Oleh karena itu, efisiensi kerja pegawai menjadi penting untuk ditingkatkan.  Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan analisis deskriptif verifikatif dengan menggunakan metode survei. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah variabel penggunaan sistem informasi kearsipan elektronik sebagai variabel independen dan efisiensi kerja pegawai sebagai variabel dependen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu pegawai Dinas Perpustakaan dan Arsip Kabupaten Bandung dan seluruh pegawai yang berjumlah  35 orang menjadi responden penelitian ini. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala ordinal yang mengukur indikator masingmasing variabel. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi linear sederhana.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif antara penggunaan sistem kearsipan elektronik berbasis web Silancar Bedas terhadap efisiensi kerja pegawai.  Kata Kunci : Efisiensi Kerja; Sistem Informasi Kearsipan Elektronik      The problem examined in this research relates to the low work efficiency of employees at Dinas Perpustakaan dan Arsip Kabupaten Bandung. Employee work efficiency is important to study because it is directly related to employee productivity, optimal utilization of resources, and achievement of organizational goals. Therefore, employee work efficiency is important to improve.  The approach used in this research is quantitative with descriptive verificative analysis using survey methods. The variables used in this study are the use of electronic archival information systems as the independent variable and employee work efficiency as the dependent variable. The population in this study consists of employees of the Dinas Perpustakaan dan Arsip Kabupaten Bandung, with all 35 employees serving as respondents in this research. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires with an ordinal scale that measures indicators of each variable. The obtained data was analyzed using simple linear regression  methods.  The research results show a significant and positive influence between the use of the web-based electronic archival system Silancar Bedas on employee work efficiency.
