Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan bahan ajar berorientasi Game-Based Learning untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa. Metode yang digunakan yaitu D&D (Design and Development) menggunakan model ADDIE (Analyze,Design, Development, Evaluation) dengan instrumen penelitian berupa angket hasil validasi ahli, dan tes. Sampel dan populasi dari penelitian ini yaitu merupakan seluruh kelas III di salah satu Sekolah Dasar Negri di Kota Bandung. Hasil menunjukan bahwa pengembangan bahan ajar berorientasi Game-Based Learning sangat layak untuk diimplementasikan dengan persentase 86% dari ahli materi, 92% dari ahli desain, dan 84% dari ahli bahasa. Selain itu, setelah bahan ajar diimplementasikan terdapat peningkatan pada kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa dengan n-gain 0,70 dengan kategori tinggi. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahan ajar berorientasi Game-Based Learning sangat layak untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa kelas III Fase B Sekolah Dasar. The problem that forms the background of this study is the lack of students' understanding of the rules of multiplication operations due to inadequate learning facilitation, namely teachers not connecting learning with things that students like. Therefore, teaching materials are needed to improve third-grade elementary school students' understanding of multiplication concepts. The purpose of this study is to develop Game-Based Learning teaching materials to improve students' mathematical concept comprehension skills. The method used is D&D (Design and Development) using the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Evaluation) with research instruments in the form of expert-validated questionnaires and tests. The sample and population of this study are all third-grade students in one public elementary school in Bandung. The results indicate that the development of Game-Based Learning-oriented instructional materials is highly feasible for implementation, with 86% approval from subject matter experts, 92% from design experts, and 84% from language experts. Additionally, after the instructional materials were implemented, there was an improvement in students' mathematical concept understanding ability with an n-gain of 0.70, categorized as high.
