Rubrik yang digunakan guru cenderung bersifat umum, tidak mencerminkan struktur teks secara utuh, dan belum mendukung asesmen reflektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan rubrik penilaian menulis teks eksplanasi berbasis digital untuk peserta didik kelas V sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan dengan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Subjek penelitian mencakup guru dan siswa dari empat sekolah dasar di Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi analisis dokumen, wawancara, observasi, dan angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rubrik yang dikembangkan memiliki struktur yang sistematis, indikator yang relevan, deskriptor bertingkat, dan mendukung asesmen formatif. Implementasi di kelas menunjukkan bahwa rubrik memudahkan guru dalam menilai dan memberikan umpan balik bermakna. Evaluasi akhir mengonfirmasi tingkat kepraktisan dan keberterimaan yang tinggi. Simpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rubrik digital mampu meningkatkan kualitas asesmen menulis. Implikasinya, rubrik perlu diposisikan sebagai bagian integral dari pembelajaran menulis berbasis proses. Disarankan agar guru mengembangkan rubrik secara kontekstual dan digital, dengan dukungan pelatihan dan infrastruktur sekolah guna memperkuat praktik asesmen yang reflektif dan bermakna. This assessment is motivated by the fact that explanatory writing skills in elementary schools are not yet fully supported by specific instruments aligned with the assessment principles of the Merdeka Curriculum. The rubrics used by teachers tend to be general, do not fully reflect the text structure, and have yet to support reflective assessment. This study aims to develop a digital-based assessment rubric for explanatory text writing for fifth-grade elementary students. The method used is research and development with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The research subjects include teachers and students from four elementary schools in Tasikmalaya Regency. Data collection techniques include document analysis, interviews, observations, and questionnaires. The results show that the developed rubric has a systematic structure, relevant indicators, leveled descriptors, and supports formative assessment. Classroom implementation indicates that the rubric helps teachers assess and provide meaningful feedback. The final evaluation confirms a high level of practicality and acceptance. The conclusion of the study suggests that digital rubrics can improve the quality of writing assessment. The implication is that rubrics should be positioned as an integral part of process-based writing instruction.
