Data penelitian diperoleh dari plotting koordinat 43 unit cafe dan hasil wawancara dengan pengelola dan pekerja cafe. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis spasial dengan bantuan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) melalui teknik analisis tetangga terdekat dipadukan dengan analisis zonasi tata ruang sesuai Perda Jabar No. 2 Tahun 2016. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pola persebaran cafe di Desa Ciburial bersifat mengelompok (clustered) dengan nilai NNR sebesar 0,763 dan cenderung mengikuti jaringan jalan dari barat (sekitar Kawasan Dago) menuju timur (Ciburial bagian dalam). Faktor utama yang mendorong pola persebaran adalah aksesibilitas, iklim mikro, potensi view, dan keunikan lanskap. Perkembangan cafe berpotensi menimbulkan tekanan ekologis karena sebagian cafe tumbuh di zona lindung yang akan berpotensi mengurangi kualitas lingkungan. Hasil ini menegaskan perlu adanya pengendalian perkembangan cafe agar tetap selaras dengan prinsip kawasan konservasi KBU. This study aims to analyze the distribution patterns and development directions of cafés from an environmental quality perspective in the Ciburial Village area. Research data were obtained from plotting the coordinates of 43 café units and conducting interviews with café managers and employees. The method employed is spatial analysis using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) through the Nearest Neighbor Analysis technique, combined with zoning analysis according to West Java Regional Regulation No. 2 of 2016. The results indicate that the distribution pattern of cafés in Ciburial Village is clustered, with an NNR value of 0.763, and tends to follow the road network from west (around the Dago area) to east (inner Ciburial). The main factors driving this distribution pattern are accessibility, microclimate, scenic potential, and landscape uniqueness. Café development has the potential to exert ecological pressure, as some cafés are established in protected zones, potentially reducing environmental quality.
