Studi ini menganalisis representasi dua belas nilai karakter Thomas Lickona pada tokoh Don dalam JUMBO. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis isi, berlandaskan kerangka Lickona (1991, 2012). Data dikumpulkan melalui penyimakan berulang film dan dokumentasi resmi (materi promosi daring), kemudian dikode menggunakan codebook 12 nilai. Analisis mengikuti alur Klaus Krippendorf dengan triangulasi teori sebagai penguat. Hasil menunjukkan Don menampilkan pola nilai yang utuh: rasa hormat sebagai pusat, berlanjut menjadi tanggung jawab dalam tindakan; kejujuran, keadilan, toleransi, kerja sama, peduli, dan tolong-menolong muncul dalam interaksi sosial; sementara kebijaksanaan, disiplin diri, keberanian, dan sikap demokratis berperan sebagai pengarah pilihan moral di situasi sulit. Disimpulkan bahwa film animasi JUMBO layak dimanfaatkan sebagai sumber belajar karakter, asalkan disertai pendampingan pedagogis dengan diskusi terstruktur dan pembiasaan. Kata kunci: pendidikan karakter; analisis isi; Thomas Lickona; film animasi; anak usia dini; JUMBO This study addresses the need to strengthen character education in Indonesia and explores the potential of animated films as instructional media for values education in early childhood. It examines how the protagonist Don in JUMBO represents Thomas Lickona's twelve character values. Employing a qualitative content analysis grounded in Lickona's framework (1991, 2012), data were gathered through repeated viewings and official promotional materials, then coded with a 12-value codebook. The analysis followed Klaus Krippendorf and supported by theoretical triangulation. Findings indicate a coherent pattern: respect operates as the core that transforms into responsibility in action; honesty, fairness, tolerance, cooperation, care, and helping emerge in social interactions; while prudence/wisdom, self-discipline, courage, and democratic attitude guide moral choices under pressure. The study concludes that JUMBO is pedagogically suitable as a character-education resource when accompanied by guided discussion and consistent practice.
