TY - THES AV - restricted Y1 - 2025/08/28/ PB - Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia N2 - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi program di PAUD integratif di TK An-Nasya, khususnya dalam penerapapan pembelajaran bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus (ABK). Latar belakang penelitian ini berasal dari keterbatasan layanan pendidikan bagi ABK di sekolah reguler yang umumnya belum menerapkan kurikulum dan strategi pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan karakteristik individual anak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa TK An-Nasya menerapkan pendidikan integratif dengan menggabungkan anak normal dan ABK dalam satu lingkungan belajar tanpa adanya guru pendamping khusus maupun media khusus. Meskipun terdapat keterbatasan fasilitas dan sumber daya, pihak sekolah berupaya menyesuaikan metode pembelajaran agar ramah bagi semua anak. Implementasi program ini berdampak positif terhadap perkembangan sosial, emosional, dan keterampilan motorik ABK, meskipun aspek kognitif memerlukan dukungan lebih lanjut. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan pelatihan guru, penyediaan guru pendamping khusus, dan kolaborasi lintas sektor untuk mengoptimalkan layanan PAUD integratif di masa depan. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the program at TK An-Nasya, particularly in the application of learning for children with special needs (ABK). The background of this study stems from the limited educational services for ABK in regular schools, which generally do not implement curricula and learning strategies that are tailored to the individual characteristics of children. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing techniques. The results showed that An-Nasya Kindergarten implemented integrative education by combining normal children and ABK in one learning environment without special assistant teachers or special media. Despite limitations in facilities and resources, the school tried to adjust the learning methods to be friendly to all children. The implementation of this program has a positive impact on the social, emotional, and motor skill development of children with special needs, although cognitive aspects require further support. This study recommends strengthening teacher training, providing special assistant teachers, and cross-sector collaboration to optimize integrated early childhood education services in the future.
